"Zombies"? Okay, I take it I'm the only person that sees these Shadows and thinks of Taken from Alan Wake? That... somehow figures. I'm guessing SGF hasn't played Alan Wake since he hasn't mentioned the similarities at this point. That or he doesn't see the resemblance that I think is blatantly obvious.

Was it really? That's rather interesting. I've never seen Twin Peaks, (or even heard of it before this LP to be honest) but I'm guess it must have been very good to inspire games like Deadly Premonition and Alan Wake. Thanks for the information. I must now venture off to find out more about this mysterious show that seems to be calling out to me.

I like how this game actually does the smart thing, in which melee weapons, do in fact do more damage in life. Guns, while dangerous, have varying effects.

Melee just has the same "Beatdown/Sliceup" principles.

So far we've got squirrels that do killer monkey impressions, edible houdini zombies, paranormal lollipop portals, and a detective who seems to have a voice inside his head/another personality named Zach. Things just got interesting.

... I think there was a joke like that in Fairly Odd Parents. Oh, I do so love self-parodying games. It's one of the many reasons Tales of Legendia is better than Symphonia.
