You used gtk-recordMyDesktop right? I can't, for the life of me, to get it to record sound from the computer and not from the mic :(

If you are using Pulseaudio then I have a solution, I'm uploading a video right now that explains how to get gtk-recordMyDesktop to work with Pulseaudio. Make sure you install 'pavucontrol' (the audio controlling software I use in the video).
