Surprise! LOL! Do the Fed Presidents dare say the problem was caused by Bush and 2001 tax cuts , compounded by a war that burns money causing historic, massive fiscal deficits year on year. Certainly gives pause to wonder if a recession is the right time to be talking about downsizing government.
