I love this game. Always thought that the time you're with Unatco is waaaaay too short though. I loved the music walking through the building. And I hate how Paul doesn't really appear anymore in the second part of the game.

This is right on par with Stalker... and it came out in '01 if i remember right.. Bought it on release day and im on probably my 10th time through... =) Never gets old. DX2 was not great, and hopefully they go back to the original more with DX3.

They are green because the person who made this vid didn't change the game setting to 32 bit. The game looks horrible if it's left on 16 bit, like something made in MSpaint.

You're missing the point. You do not "start out" with the crowbar, it can be found, just like a knife, a baton, a cattle prod (which you start out with, not the crowbar,) a sword, and a larger sword.

Because the game features a crowbar near the beginning and starts you out with pistol doesn't mean that it's like Half-life 2, or for that matter, Half-life.

To say that would be like saying Mortal Combat is like Dead or Alive because you can kick and punch.

You making it sound like all games are alike, and I only compared this one with Half Life, which was my opinion that it looked like that. The way you are making it sound is like Halo is copied off the earlier Doom's.

Maybe it's just an homage to Half-Life. Games are known to do that. But other than that, this game is nothing like Half-Life. In fact the crowbar is one of the first things you'd get rid of because it's bulky and there's other tools that does the same job but take up less inventory space.

Half life is better then deus ex. There has been 8 half life games to be precise. The story of half life is the best so far in sci fi games. Deus ex is just shit, I got the second one and it's so crap...I played it the first day and gave up on it in 3 hours. The story is just stupid.
