  • lol the creepy guy made me laug.. dnno why...

  • I went there last saturday and nothing happened but we saw some stuff moving in the graveyard. it was cazy lol when we leaving sounded like someone was throwing rocks @ us!!

  • Why was this playground built in the first place? I mean why would the city build a play ground, who the hell wants their children playing amongst dead people?Thats sinister in itself. I'm agnostic so don't believe in a whole lot but I do know enough to stay the hell away from an Ouija board.

  • i graduated high school in hazelgreen, i have been there and believe me the rumors are true. and the cemetary in meridianville, is haunted too.

  • anyone every been to hells gate on green mountain?

  • ill testify, love that place

  • this place is fucking scary!

  • i live like 5 minutes away from this place... IT'S REAL!!!... believe me... i've been there before... i'm not sure if these guys just made this up... but stuff like that actually happens...

  • come on yall, i used to play there as a child, played ball in the field nearby, i dont believe any of this haunted shit... NOT SCARED! ive never seen anything! however, beware, there are young boys who try to scare the shit outta you

  • ive been there. i didnt believe it either until i went there. the swingset shit is true. the video makes it all look fake though. but i live in huntsville and i know whats up on dead childrens playground

  • could u give me directions i live in huntsville 2

  • its in Blossomwood, right behind the Maple Hill Cemetary. take Mcclung (sp) going towards Owens drive, and right before you get to the church is a turnoff (to the left) and take that road, you cant miss it. but they replaced all of the equiptment, so the spirits may have been released, i'm not sure. i havent been in a while. i'm going tomorrow.

  • @pauliscoolerthanyou There is an article I found through a google search that said if anything the unexplained activity has increased since they tore it down and replaced. It said it was tore down because the were to put more graves there but the city protested in such #s that they put up new equipment and its like the spirits (if ya believe) were disrupted and now theres even weird stuff in the day.

  • whats up with this place? interesting to know what goes on.

  • THis isn't cancerslug!

  • The place is real. Haha I live about 10 minutes from the cemetery and have to drive by it every day to go to work, but the stories about the playground are just tourist attractions because we're boring and can't lure people in any other way xD

Or, that's my belief anyway... One of these days I'll take a camera and a few friends and we'll see if there is anything worth while lol

  • this place is real this is no joke

  • Is this true or just a bunch of bored beer drinking rednecks who want to boast about sleeping with underage girls? As an Aussie chick, american boyz are low on the richter scale of smart ;=)

  • no its not fake either

  • this is not a joke dead childrens play ground is really haunted i know

  • I have lived in Decatur, Alabama my whole life and I have never heard of this place.

  • well ive lived in Hunstville all my life and trust me Dead Children's playground is really

  • its fake

  • ive never seen anything. went once halloween night for 2007, then huntsville pd jumped out dressed in all black n gave us a speech n made us all leave

  • motherfuckers acting and ruining the vibe man, well. the legend is dead

  • I just got back from there, such a beautiful place, aside from all the busted beer bottles. =P

  • This graveyard is even creepy during the daytime. Of course it's just the wind going through the valley that makes the swings swing by themselves...

  • Oh god... way to be inconspicuous and show off the fact that "I live in a 3-story house, LOOKIT ME!!!" without looking like a total douchebag. I applaud you...

    AHEM...

Anyways, I never have seen anything there. then again, I've only been once... during the day.

  • i'm from huntsville, but have never seen anything when I've gone there

  • lol the sand glows in the dark thats all i've ever seen there.

  • yeah i am from huntsville to, and have been there plenty.. never saw anyting real, i did walk up on a sayonce once. they used to have them up there all the time. but other than that, is all fake.

  • well, it's gone now....equipment gone.. will be used for more gravesites.

  • Yeah.. all gone.. I'm glad we made the movie when we did

  • Nope, they rebuilt it with new playground equipment.

  • serious?

  • We were just there the other day - it's got all new swings 'n stuff.

  • i live in h ville and this is kindareal

  • Pretty impressive. You're from Huntsville, and didn't recognize Ivey Joe? Awesome.

This is an entirely independant, no budget film put together for the love of it. 100% amature, as in non-professional. Relax folks, it's just a story.

  • When was this made?

I met ivey joe back in '91. Unfortunately we share some of the same bad past.Anyway, it's a shame what happened to his parents.I have not seen him for at least 10 years.

  • i second that i use to hang out around that playground and no shit like that happens yall are on crack

  • fic·tion (fkshn)

    n.

    1. a. An imaginative creation or a pretense that does not represent actuality but has been invented.

    b. The act of inventing such a creation or pretense.

  • @terrienm I have seen some freaky things there... the 6'6 guy pale as a corpse staring us down while we were on the swings, chanted something as we were leaving and about an hour later we were back home when one of the dogs started yelping like they were getting kicked and kitchen cabinets were slamming themselves shut... we fled to Waffle House for a coffee to settle our nerves before having the cops check the house before we'd go back inside. We've been back since without incident.

  • lol that place isnt en scary, its just a place where people shoot up and smoke dope

  • This playground is between MapleHill Cem and 3 Caves. The playground is surrounded by 24ft wall, the backside of the 3 Caves. The ghost of children may or may not be buried in the cemetary. Back in the early 1900's a man that would sit atop the walls and watch the children He would molest, kill then leave the bodies. He was a Pedophile. I would suggest getting to know the heritage of a place before you make a fool out of yourself again.

  • @HukaSmoknCaterpillar See, Ive heard it was in the 1960s when all these child abductions took place. The Ghost of Children? How do you bury a Ghost? Im being serious when I say I believe something horrible happened there, I'm not familiar with it, never been there just heard about it thats why I'm asking questions like why would the city build a play ground in a grave yard?

  • like everyone else, ive been there hundreds of times...even the background story is pretty gay....

  • i've been there like 10 times and havent seen anything yet..i know a graveyard in Fort Payne that I KNOW you'll see shit, cause every I know that goes see's something....

  • haha I've been there MANY times and that shit actually happens but this video is lame and has horrible acting.

  • And I am from Huntsville and I can tell you exactly that this video is sposed to be like a movie and not some superstitious occurence...geeze. Pretty lame, i say.

  • ok, im from the ville and i have been to that playground numerious times and i bet i can tell u exactly who that guy was....a bum
