for one thing, in these old cars, all the weight is in the front, and two, those big ass tires are not designed for anything other than going in a straight line. so even with water on the track, still pretty impressive.

The only true drifting was in the last few seconds of the video. 'Sliding' around on wet ground isn't drifting just to let you all know.

hi my friends...on this car was all overworkt engine in out blower kit complete from my good friend gary dyers..trans.gearbox.clutch rearaxle...frontend rebuild and grill all new

so we repainted all the body in the same style...round up restauration.......

its a cool buildet car.....and we will keep it in shape.....all the best

Oh Knud, how long you going to take credit for a car that i built in Milwaukee, WI. in 1986? You bought it and shipped it over there in the early 90's. About the only thing you did was put a blower on it and some butt ugly fat front tires. It's time for you to man up and stop taking credit for something i buit.

all you haters for this vid,i guess you know nothing about hot rods because if you did you would know that for one he is probably doing it in the wet to stop the car from flipping over as they have a really high centre of gravity compared to you'r tricked out drift car and second this car probably has way more horse power than it needs for drifting just not the rev range.

Loved it....Thanks! Reminds me of the punk that pulled up to me to race (1972). I had a stock 57' Chevy. He beat me bad...I went home to get my Drag car 62' 409...powered Chevy Nova "Gasser". An hour later we raced...I blew his doors off. He went home to get his other car, I went home to get my Dragbike (2 engines) Runnin' Alky and triumph powered. I destroyed his GT 428 Drag car Mustang.
