I don't know the origins of clogging, but it has a deep history here in the Appalachian Mountains and many of the steps are tap steps. It's great to watch some of the professional teams.

I'm pretty sure you're living in the twin of my dream home. Do you feed the birds up there? I can imagine you get a pretty wide array of songbirds in Asheville.
