Hello?!!!!!!!! Does anybody out there realize that this is a vocal music audition... Nothing else. The guy should be judged on the QUALITY of his voice and nothing else. It is a fucking shame that there is so much prejudice in the world. That said his voice was very good but not quite good enough to be an idol contestant. Simon's remarks were totally uncalled for.

This guy is not bad, but I think it was not a good song for him. When I was in college we had a guest singer for our spring concert, and he sang in a similar fashion (I forgot the specific term for the style). They make big bucks...I think he would do well with a vocal coach and singing in either a choir or monk chants. He seems like a sweet guy who likes music, and I hope he does not stop singing. Hollywood is overrated, anyway!
