  • I'm glad to see that your ability to express yourself with reason and politeness has improved considerably.

  • 6:53 "You read about these pricks, with their 1000 dollar shower curtains and their private jets and their gold faucets and the antique comodes...." This sounds just like a description of the Hillary type to me, which is what is meant by "Liberal Elitist" Of course, a real liberal is interested in freedom, but "Pseudo-Liberal Elitist" didn't go over as well at the parties or the focus groups or polls or wherever the little Goebels of the right wing media (there are both kinds) picked the phrase

  • welcome to ROME

  • Chocolate Thunder hahaha

  • Really Bill? Hillary? She seems like one hateful scary superior Yuppie bitch to me. She is so arrogant and self-important that she singlehandedly lost herself the presidential nomination because she could not keep from completely openly displaying on her face and in her voice her hateful resentment that Obama dared to oppose what she very obviously assumed was her right to the nomination. Hillary Clinton is very scary. Bill Maher did get fired for telling the truth, but he's no free thinker

  • @TOMHYLE88 Hillary appears that way to you because you're an arrogant and self-important dunce who thinks Bill Maher is trolling the internet looking for public reaction to his opinions. He obviously would not give two shits what you thought, which is the definition of a free thinker.

  • @brandnutopian How incredibly astute you are that you can analyze my character by my single brief statement with which you disagree concerning a public figure. You must be a deep thinker, indeed.

  • @TOMHYLE88 You contend that she's "arrogant", "self-important", "resentful" and "scary". Do you qualify that statement with facts or an anecdote, anything? No, you just have this superhuman intuition to read people's faces and glean their deepest thoughts.

And that isn't arrogant or self-important?

And addressing your opinion personally to Maher on one minute portion of his stand-up routine, then claiming that it somehow qualifies him as being an unthinking parrot?

    Think again

  • @brandnutopian I did tell an anecdote, you moron. In a very brief form, so maybe it slid by before your reptillian attention span could pick up on it. Let me slow it down for you. Do you remember the debates to choose the Democratic nominee for president in the 2008 US presidential election? There were several. Hillary kept staring daggers at Barack like she hoped she could kill him with concentrated hate. She kept saying his name like it was a mocking, dirty word. Frustrated contempt....

  • @brandnutopian ......Frustrated contempt had driven her mad to the point of being unable to maintain her lifelong mask of soccer mom innocence, and it was visible to a great many of us, I assure you.

  • @brandnutopian but yeah, you're right, I've never seen Bill Maher before; my analysis of his public persona is based entirely on this one minute portion of his stand up routine.

As for your aparent feeling (you've said something about it twice) that a "self important dunce" like myself should not dare to address my "opinion personally" to the great man? Hah! I am a free man. There are no great men. We are all equals in that regard, fool. Wake up! Stop defending your pop idols......

  • @TOMHYLE88 So now you're an opinion pollster and a bandwagon jumper? And this is the epitome of a free thinker? "A great many of you" are incapable of having an original thought.

Once again, with face reading, huh? The big problem with analysis via your clairvoyance is that it doesn't bear the facts. Yes, so hateful, resentful, contemptuous and self-important was Hillary that she took the position of Secretary Of State from the man she hates! Ha ha ha ha ha.

  • @brandnutopian oh, she came back to heel like a whipped dog. She's not too stupid to accept reality; she just lost her composure for a bit when she was first faced with it. And, BTW, Secretary of State of the United States of America is not a position given to anyone who isn't scary; that's enough testimony right there.

Thank you for you continued brilliant displays of reading my character, as well as for your loving and respectful way showing me the error of my ways.

  • @brandnutopian The guy's funny though; oh, Bill Maher is very entertaining. And for all I know at home he may be a very educated, open minded, and aware guy, but his public persona is no deep thinker. Who is? Bill Hicks. Georged Carlin. Christopher Hitchens. Ian Gillan. Shit, Dave Chapelle.

  • @brandnutopian In fact, through the blessing of marijuana it occurs to me to simply state what BIll Maher is; he is a smart ass, which often passes for a deep thinker, but isn't the same.

  • @brandnutopian I am autistic. Commonly autistic persons have one or more areas of interest that fascinate us to a degree incomprehensible by neurotypical humans. For me one of those areas has always been physical violence. Hillary Clinton would have sprung upon Barack Obama with a dagger if she thought she could get away with it. She saw her throne being yanked from beneath her, and I saw murder in her eyes.

  • @TOMHYLE88 You must be a special type of Autistic, because from what I've read about Autism, they have a diminished capacity to recognize facial expressions. And of all the studies and reports online, none mention a heightened ability to read facial expressions.

I watched the debates, and while Hillary seemed disturbed and upset she was losing the debates, I don't think it possible to attribute the feelings you're describing based on that alone.

  • @brandnutopian ...Stop defending your pop idols who are in place to distract you, and start oposing their evil corporate masters before they convert our beautiful Earht into any more of a post-industrial Hell-world than they already have. Please. Wake up. ({[PHYCHIC BITCHSLAAAAAAAAAAAAAP!!!!!!!]})

  • @brandnutopian BTW, I am autistic, and I often have praeter-human (not truly super human, as that is imposible, me being human) intuitions, but Hillary Clinton's burning resentful hatred of Barack Obama for coming out of nowhere at the last minute and crushing her clear feeling of entitlement to the Imperial throne was clear to anyone with a shred of human experience, and I don't have to be an opinion polster to say this, because, though I am autistic, I actually know a number of humans

  • @TOMHYLE88 As for the general public's feelings about Hillary, they've been bolstered by a misogynistic, baiting, corporate press for 20 years now. The seeds of those interpretations are likely indelibly etched upon the minds of many Americans, especially men. Besides, the opinions of "a number of humans" that you know does not constitute knowledge, merely impression. That's all I'm saying.

  • @brandnutopian I actually know a number of humans and we have conversations.

  • Bill is so right about arizona state. the school is a joke

  • Also no wonder the nazis moved to the US, the were good. Fascism won the war.

  • Actually Nazis contributed hell of alot to healthcare, not the policies but the science. Sure the methods were morally wrong, but ya know...ITS BULLSHIT. Survival of the fittest people society is just tilting the table through the hegemony, WAKE THE FUCK UP.

  • A bright brilliant human being named Bill Maher....

  • It's true, left wing, right wing, it doesn't matter. Both will fuck you in the ass.

  • love bill, but he is completely of the road here. i was born in eastern germany. i know, what socialism is. and europe is so fucked right now, because 20 years after the official end of the game, we got the EUSSR around here. check out how austria is governed, and then come back to me.

  • @robertgaudlitz I get what you mean, but the potential damage to the world, not just the US, of the Right-Wing Christians of the Republican party doesn't bear thinking about.

  • Bill IS kind of an idiot, he misses the point that voting for any of the major parties is pointless. History bears me out Obama hasn't don't so great has he? Now everyone is going to vote for him again because the republicans are a joke this election by design. The only guy that really has a chance is Ron Paul but he's really a Libertarian and not supported by the republicans very much. Thats the real problem, the people wont consider voting for a third option even if it might be a good one

  • @MrROTD Bill is an idiot for not voicing your personal opinion in a stand up COMEDY show?

  • @MrROTD Nice to see Ron Paul fans are just never going to wake up

  • nice shirt bill

  • 5:48 Arkansas doesn't even have capitalism yet. You're worried about socialism?" Major ROFL moment

  • Yeah I am a senior at ASU......

  • Christ, why weren't these videos enumerated so that we all could properly navigate them?

  • @theurbansurvivalist1 the next one is usually the next ten minute one on the list to the right hand side of the window :)

  • @theurbansurvivalist1 Tags, bro ;)

  • @kfijatass Not good enough.

  • is there a part two? i mean it ends mid sentence with no clear "next" video

  • Bill Maher - REALLY Keeping it Real

  • the last president to write his own speech was george washington. they arent trusted to be smart enough to lie to us without wincing!

  • Bill Maher my friend,i thought you were good....but........you are the BEST!!!!!!

  • I am not an American but from what I've seen and heard, I truly believe Bill Maher represents the sane and I hope for the better of this country, people will start thinking like him.

  • Go Bill. I mean, let's face it. US fucked up. They're in the moment when it's obvious now that they did, but they are still going "Well, no I ... no, hang on ... no". 'S ok though, because I sorta think that Obama can save this and go "Yup. We fucked up. Help us here for a second and we'll make it right again."

  • Bill touches on the rich in America. $700 billion dollars for the bank bailouts. Give the money to the rich to create jobs....bs...they keep it for themselves. Shitty Bank, Skank of America, etc. bailed out and yet they are charging 30% on credit cards. Democrats are in with the same lobbyists as the Republicans. The system needs to change. Join OWS!

  • Hate to break it to you Bill, but we liberals own lots of guns. We are just less likely to accidentally shoot someone in the face.

  • signupsigma: Good for you. You got it. Bill is brilliant but you gotta' see it for what it is. Gee, I wonder how much money Bill makes to crucify his subjects. Must be good money in it. Could it be Bill is "rich"? Heaven forbid!

  • @Handiman544

He's not against the rich. He's against someone having special benefits because they are rich.

  • signupsigma: Good for you. You got it. Bill is brilliant but you gotta' see it for what it is.

  • @signupsigma sometimes thought is a good thing. America could learn a lot more if it wasn't so caught up the the bullshit three ring circus sideshow of freaks

  • I'm not enjoying this show. It doesn't feel like a show to enterain, but a show to preach, disguised as entertainment.

  • @signupsigma This is Bill Maher...did you come here expecting someone else?

  • @signupsigma people know who Bill is when they buy the ticket. This is what he does.....and he does it well. : )

  • @signupsigma there are plenty of Dane Cook videos around, where nothing of substance is preached, you can watch those!

  • @barennis I think Dane Cook is popular because he's an " alpha male." But i prefer other comics like Jim Gaffigan, Mitch Hedberg, Nick Swardson, and a bunch of other comics. I even think some of Bill Maher's materials are funny.

Dane Cook, because of the " type of guy " he is, will probably be popular no matter what he chooses to do. Sales, and so on. He has the " look " and " attitude " that makes it hard for people to boo him.

  • @signupsigma I agree about Dane Cook's marketing appeal - and Maher does have the tendency to rant/preach more than the average comic so I see what you mean how it's somehow less of a stand-up "act" and more like Maher's personality

  • Bill gets better with age.

  • I hope Bill never dies.

  • @Handiman544 I know... It will be like losing Carlin...

  • @Handiman544 Just don't turn that hope into belief. They are closely related.

  • @94Cioppa nah

  • I LOVE YOU BILL!!!

    Come to Canada please?!

  • I LOVE YOU BILL!!!

  • Would Americans feel better if Obama looked white? He's only 1/2 black....he's not black! Fact.

  • @bermudaguy1 No because he still has "A terrorist bloodline" maybe not the exact quote this one women used but close enough, watch this video. Shows how sad this country has become. This video was made before election, I think. watch?v=h1kNULeNpXA&feature=feedrec_grec_index

  • @JuanOfaKind88 Bloodline?? I'm not sure what you mean. Someone in his family was involved in terrorism?

  • @bermudaguy1 thats what the one lady on the video said that was my exact same reaction to that!

  • capitalist businesses hire less people so they have less people to pay and keep wages below inflation and interest rates, they destroy the power of unions by sacking workers and persecuting unionists, they buy judges, the police and politicians to stay away from them whilst going after minorities and the impoverished, all backed by an extreme right wing media. you want to provide universal health care AND wipe out the deficit? stop wasting $660BILLION on fucking DEFENCE

  • President Chocolate-Thunder.

  • Im sorry but health care is bullshit. Do you kmow how much that would cost? So he wants to tax rich people more. That is basically taking from the rich, giving to the poor. The reason people cant afford private imsurance to take care of them is because of high taxes that leech out people's money. Lower taxes for everyone, and lower spending on crap like welfare. Give people jobs, encourage business owners to hire. That is how people will live better.

  • @eleal1893 Do you realize the saying you used to disperage healthcare is the creed of a legendary hero of western culture? Rich people aren't victims of the poor, or the middle class until they are beating beaten, jailed, or killed, and even then, maybe.

You think taxes are the reason people can't affor to pay the highest middleman mark up in all of modern medicine? That's silly.

  • @monokhem Dude, I know that the health care system is already broken, we all know that, and what people do is blame it on the rich. Now don't get me wrong, the rich can screw things up, but nowhere near as bad as government. Government screws up just about everything, from the crumbling social security system, to poor public education. So you want to put people's lives at steak by placing them in the hands of the government? You want to fix health care, here's how:

  • @eleal1893

yes, the crumbling social security system that actually has a surplus, no thats crumbling all to hell -sarcasm just to make that clear-. Yes the poor public education that is being defunded by right wing parties, oh and lets not forget the no child left behind policy instituted by a right wing administration. The government is worse than the rich despite being one and the same thing, but no, the illegal immigrants that are the parents of American citizens born here are the problem.

  • @rlocke2 Social security surplus? You're kidding me right, what's next, the US has a "surplus" thanks to Obama? The public education system that is being defunded by the right? Now why is it being defunded? Because of insane debt brought by the left. Now I'm not advocating the right either, I think that there are other ways to cut back on spending, such as the military. But which side has brought upon most of the debt that makes us cut back so we can make up for it?

  • @eleal1893 Actually the biggest section of that debt increase that you are talking about was started and increased by republican policies. The bush years increased the debt from a surplus to 10 trillion. the first year of obama's reign had nothing to do with obama's policies because his wouldn't have come into effect until the following year. and that was 2 trillion of the 4 people claim obama created. Republican policies, historically, raise debt and lose jobs, and frell the economy.

  • @rlocke2 So during Reagan's presidency, jobs were lost, and the economy was bad? Bush was a dumbass just like Obama, who spent spent and spent on useless things. Did the stimulus package really work? No. Unemployment is still higher than it was with Bush, and it was already bad.. You cannot deny that Obama is raising the debt even more. It is a debt that will never be paid, at least not in our lifetimes. Both Bush and Obama are responsible, and you cannot blame it on one.

  • @eleal1893 not to mention the policies and ideas that regan created created the very republican talking points they run today. Republicans have such a hard on for Regan that they implement his ideas to the extreme, which is our problem today. Also to blame obama is childish, because all he is doing is giving things to republicans. When we got the govt. to shut down, it was because of the republicans not willing to compromise, not because the president was spending too much.

  • @rlocke2 Actually bush lost millions of jobs, and the stimulus, after it was done, jobs were increased under our president, it may not have worked as well as planned, but he got more jobs on american soil. As for him increasing the debt, yes of course, but its not because he is spending, in fact during this section of his presidency revanue has been decreased significantly (some companies not paying taxes at all), and spending has only decreased. So yes, its all spending's fault -sarcasm-

  • @monokhem Cap the amount a person can sue for for medical problems to $250,000, this will lessen the amount of recreational medicine that goes on, because let's be honest, everyone is on some drug, nowadays, rather than taking care of yourself, you go to a doctor and get prescription drugs for the smallest of things. Next, make a $25 fee each time you go to the doctor, to prevent people with minor problems from taking up spaces in the emergency room, ultimately slowing down the system, next....

  • @monokhem .. stop giving care to illegal aliens, they pay nothing and get too much out of it. You see now, that by cutting back, the system will no longer have to charge tons of money for health care, and it will become affordable for people. Believe it or not, it's similar to Mexico, now I know they have a government run health system, but for further proof, it isn't all that great,it's the private sector that provides the best care, and best of all it is affordable, Thats what america needs

  • @eleal1893 Illeagle aliens pay taxes, and almost never get medical care. This complaint is born of misunderstanding and racism. I suggest you stop repeating it.

Nothing in Mexico is that great. Canada and Brittin's healthcare system is. I know rich people whine because they might have to wait a few months for a boob job, but poor peolpe are much better protected, and because there are vastly more of them, it is a better sytem.

Having a national health service doesn't prevent private medicine.

  • @monokhem "Almost never get medical care" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What about their hundreds of anchor babies, what about their millions of dollars of unpaid hospital bills? "this complaint is born of misunderstanding and racism" THIS is why you can't argue with leftists, because every time they feel like they are going to lose an argument, they call you racist. This isn't about race and you know it. "Nothing in Mexico is that great" Then why is it that my experience in hospitals there is better?

  • @eleal1893 "Anchor babies" are not illeagle immigrants, or even immigrants. I can't have a conversation with you if you are going to be that wrong. It is a waste of my time.

No one called you racist, but the more you call American citizens illeagle immigrants because there parents weren't born here the more you look like one.

I'm only a leftist compared with wild eyed wing nuts. I'm closer to Nixon's platform than Obama's, but If Nixon ran today the teaparty would call him a communist.

  • @monokhem Yes but their parents are, and therefore are used to claim rights. Furthermore, you and I both know that millions of dollars of unpaid hospital bills are left by illegals, and you know it. That and the other factors I mentioned before and do not want to repeat. If you are unwilling to accept reality, that's your problem. Also, I am not a right winger. :D

  • @eleal1893 You ar the one not accepting reality. You are all to willing to accept BS some one told you, like that those unpaid hospital bills were left by illeagle aliens. The truth is you and the people that feed you this crap have no idea. There are unpaid bills under false namse, they must be illeagle aliens because that helps your arguement.

Public universal Health care is cheaper than the system we have now. This isn't speculative. It's varifiable.

  • why does he couple gay marriage with child pornography?

  • @madjack18

Because conservatives consider gay marriage as immoral as pedophiles.

  • not necessarily, the reason most people oppose gay marriage is because if you go back to religious roots it has a few components of why it isnt accepted. 1) it doesn't produce children (genetically)

    2) it is wat most religions are against 3) marriage in a traditional sense is mom+dad, anything else is seen as unnatural. that said, my question is why do gays want marriage? they have the same rights as a married couple. do they just want the title of marriage? just curious.

  • @Falcondick69

I agree with you. They are both seen an immoral due to the constraints set by religion.

My answer to you on why the lgbt community fights for marriage is because they want equality and the right to enter the institution of marriage.

Just because two gays can't fuck to produce a child on their own isn't a god's way of saying that they aren't allowed to be married or even have children for that matter.

  • @ciaobellakate live in US, idk about every state but in california for instance they have all the same rights as a marriage the only thing they dont have is the title of "married".

  • @Falcondick69

If only my country were as liberal.

  • @Falcondick69

I also don't know where you live but in most societies gays DO NOT have the same rights as heterosexual couples. They cannot adopt in some nations, they are banned from IVF and only just recently in my country were they even recognized as a couple in the legal sense.

  • @Falcondick69 simply because it's implied discrimination, unecessary and divisive without evidence or just cause.

  • @MusicStudyMan so its the principle rather than the act itself?

  • @Falcondick69 of course, marriage changes nothing at all. Marriage is a social construction and is only relevant because of the meaning that people attach to it. You could enjoy exactly the same life without marriage as you can without, if it weren't for the meaning created in society.

  • great guy! Thanks for your kindness and speaking against greedy wealthy humans without compassion

  • Best comedian...

  • Anybody calling Maher an idiot; I'd like to see you perform a 1 hour prepared, memorized speech. Our fucking leaders can't even do one minute speeches without a teleprompter. MAHER FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!

  • @doston1 George Carlin needed to run!

  • @doston1 Difference being Maher is a comedian and this is his main job, but the President's job is not giving a speech. A Presidential speech is like when your boss to ask you to work overtime when you are already swamped with work.

  • Ever notice that the only people that bring up Obama's race is democrats.... Playing the race card is what they are best at....Sad..

  • @imax1971 maybe you didn't see the signs.

  • @moh490234890238490 What signs?

  • @imax1971 /watch?v=S38VioxnBaI

  • @moh490234890238490 I asked YOU what signs...

  • @imax1971 You have to watch the video.

  • @moh490234890238490 You need a video to explain your comment?... That is really pathetic...

  • @imax1971 it show the signs you fucking idiot.

  • @moh490234890238490 What signs? I'm not interested in a video. I'm asking YOU the question. What signs? Are you capable of answering a simple question? Tell me what the "signs" are. Do you lack the intelligence to answer a simple question? Why would you make a comment if you need another video to make a point? My original comment was in regards to democrats using the race card. Make your argument in your own words........

  • @imax1971 your a fucking idiot. You wanted to see they're signs so i provided a video that shows it all. Waht you want me t type it all out for you. You know what i think you know that the tea party are exactly as bill describes them. You just dont want to see it with your own eyes. Goodby Teabagger.

  • @moh490234890238490 Tea bagger??? HAHAHAHAHAHA! You think I subscribe to the tea party because I pointed out that democrats use the race card? The Dems have been using the race card way before the tea party! You're a dopey little kid who probably hasn't held a real job yet. I would bet you still live off of mommy and daddy... Please kid, you really are pathetic.... i bet mommy and daddy pay for the internet access you're using right now! HAHAHAHAHAHA... Still have an allowance?

  • @imax1971 screw you bitch, this video totally exposes the teabaggers and you just cant stand it. You've exposed yourself as a dumb ass teabagger bitch.

  • @moh490234890238490 Judging by your childish response, I guess I was pretty accurate in my assessment of you.... A little kid who has ZERO life experience.. A little kid who still earns an allowance from mommy and daddy.. A little kid you is on an internet connection paid for by mommy and daddy.... Again, Tea Bagger?? Not even close kid.... Hey it's getting late, time for beddy bye...

  • @imax1971 "You're a dopey little kid who probably hasn't held a real job yet."

Pretty much everyone who throws this line out there does so just because they're afraid someone else will use it on them. It's a dead giveaway that you're 14.

  • @PinballWizard10 Nice try, I'm 39.... Need proof, visit my channel.... I'm looking forward to your dopey comments on the videos I posted.. Have fun!

  • @imax1971 Right, because nobody lies on the internet.

  • "appoint a cabinet of shaft, foxy brown, dolomite, mandingo, superfly, cleopatra jones and blackula" LOLOL!!!!

  • It was all good until the weak stereotypical Arkansas joke. As if the rest of the U.S. is so much better than we are.

  • Bill = Voice of reason. Indeed. If universal health care is introduced into the US, I also bet, along with Bill, that they'll be defending it as if it was their own borders.

  • Time for my wine enema.

  • Bill Maher gets better with every show!!!
