I am going to be trying this tonight, we are cutting back on meats for Lent and I've been looking for good vegetarian recipes. I'm exited, they look amazing!
WoW Manjula you just made me soo hungry :D wish i could just take 1 from your teller! I am not sure if I can find all those things here in germany .. I hope so .
in Hamburg is an indian store. It's in a street called "Langen Reihe" (in engl. Long Row), but it is shorter than its name :) It's very close to the railwaystation. There you can get a lot of indian spices and other indian things.
But there should be other stores like this in germany too. Asia Stores may have a lot of indian things too.
Manjula ji, You are very sweet person. I love watching your videos. :) I have also tried couple recipes and they turned out just great! Thank You very much!
Wow! That looks so good and easy to make. Even if the people you're cooking for don't like the chutneys, just the patties on a bun with mayo, lettuce and tomato would be delicious! Thank you for sharing!
I love watching your cooking. I have tried several of your receipes and find them delicious. I usually leave out the cilantro as I don't like that taste, keep up the good work and God bless you...
this is not vada pav from Mumbai....=P
this thing is the Burger Version of Vada pav...
to have a typical vada pav taste...donot put letuce and tomatoes...

Recipes should be used just as a guide line it is more fun if you experiment and make it your recipe.

Manujula's spice blender is the Cuisinart SG-10 Electric Spice-and-Nut Grinder. You can get it from Amazon or a local store, about $40USD.
cjay2 2 years ago
@cjay2 just use a coffee grinder. 5 bucks at wal-mart. same thing.
