That would be so superb if we can remove that colored cap from the empty Various Ink bottle (e.g. E000 which is only in Sketch but you can refill an empty Original marker with that color) and insert it into an empty original marker. But that is very circumstancial :S
When you refill, watch the tick marks on the side of the bottle. When the level goes down 2 or 3 markers you will have a full marker, depending on how low it was to begin with. If you remove the cap to the other end and get a drip then you also know you are full. If the drip occurs dab the end to absorb the drips before you replace the cap. Otherwise you'll have a mess in the cap.
You are supposed to take the nib out and pour the in directly in to the marker. The ink bottle has markers on it that tell you how much ink to pour in to the marker depending on what kind of marker you have.
Yes you can either remove the nib to refill or you can do as shown here. Both can be messy if you are not careful. Hold over a paper towel or paper plate. Use a booster needle to insure a super-clean refill process.
what should I do when i've filled my marker with the wrong color? Can it be cleaned and filled with the right color?

The marker you are holding looks like a Sketch marker, and yet the cap on the side is Original. ._.

The cap on the side is from the Various Ink bottle. It looks exactly like an Original cap.

Actually thats just a origonal Copic standing up... the way the video is filmed gives the illusion it's just a cap.
