Swarnalatha is the queen in this song. I agree Raja Sir is as usual simply fantastic but we should not fail to give credit to Swarnalatha madam. Here voice is simply mesmerizing. Can't think of any one who could have done this song better than Swarnalatha. We miss you a lot.

@KingJulian1977 This is an expression of love. This is how families come into being, in the first place :-) The lyrics and tempo perfectly warrant such a scene, although I think there should have been subtler directional artistry involved.

Great song! I have only complaint on this is Raja did not use Violins in the first interlude. Instead he created Violin effect using Synth. May be budget issues with the producer. Swarnalatha's one of the best !

An irreplaceable voice is the music world. I don't think anybody else can even try to immitate her voice. She had a very unique voice which wasn't so familiar. Her sad songs always carried some unexplainable pain like a heart's secret cry. All her songs were filled with deep expressions of appropriate emotions. That made her stand out among thousands of singers. We will miss you Swarna.. so much. Your place will ever be vacant. May your soul rest in peace. Goodbye nightingale !
