The major clue is the banner above the start line of SS1, it says "Pikes Peak International Hill Climb"

If you ever go to pikes peak in the us you'd be suprised by how similar it actually is.

Obviously the real thing couldn't be included in 1 track which is why tracks 1 2 and 3 are from bottom to top.

if you can find a pikes peak hill climb in car cam then the start position is about 1:20 into your vid.
