I beat this level in 4 rounds. I made sure I won enough territories to win Australia. I let the same computer player get two territories in Aust. He then put his capital in Aust. which made it easy picking.
Make sure you bid up the price to at least 100 even for territories you don't want.
2 hints: (for 'SameTime' Risk), you can make allies with anyone, then just attack whatever you want. and then after the round is done and the new one has started you can quit the game -> enter again and you can try 'nd be allies with all of them again. (there are no more 'sword' signs). You can also quit before the 'round/turn' has ended, and enter again to start at the beginning of that 'round/turn' again =)
You used to be able to play other people at MSNZone, but the capability was removed due to a lack of popularity. Perhaps if they get enough requests to bring it back, they will.
This was my summer project, and I didn't get around to making the last 2 videos (I don't even have the screenshots at this point in time). I have a ton of homework this year so I haven't played Risk II in weeks.
Expect videos for the last 2 levels within 10 months.
Like I say in the video, the key to level 5 is conquering greenland on your first turn -- you are able to win if you are left with more than 7 troops after that turn.

this game is cool, too bad the opponents' AI is so poor, which makes the game very easy
