While this is a fun and fascinating, subject, it really was pretty small stuff. Eichmann was something of a sociopath, and managed to alienate himself from most of the ex-patriot Nazis. Further, he had few resources, as he managed to steal no treasure from Europe before he fled.
If, on the other hand, they had gotten Mengele, that would have been impressive.
