When I was young - standard procedure before a surf session was zinc oxide on the honker. Sun protection products have evolved over the years but I still think the zinc oxide works best, as mentioned in the video. I use SPF 100 on the back of my neck daily as it seems to be a target for UV.
If you read the label of any sunscreen they are composed of various chemicals. Once you lather these chemicals on your skin they are absorbed and wind up in your body and then your liver.
What effect does this have on people in the long run?

Recently went to her Dermatology Office. Horrible service, was ignored and sent home with some free samples. No Script, no help. Shame on her.
