Sugar: The Truth and What you need to know

I'm glad I dont drink soft drinks and artificially sweetened drinks . I used to as a child and that's because I didnt care and didnt know how bad it was for my body but I have stopped for over a decade. Havent drank a sip of coke or anything for years. I always read the labels. It scares me how much sugar is in our food and drinks. The way to better health is start cooking yourself and you'll know EXACTLY what's in your food without worrying about the labels...

What? I'm not talking about his content, I'm talking about his presentation. He has great information, unfortunately he is reading and not presenting. His presentation needs work and then he would reach more people with this great information. If you think I work for the government, you may want to think again. What have I written that says anything about whether I agree or disagree with his message.

@rbecgolf Actually, I think that is the problem, he's not reading from a script. Look at his eyes, he's looking directly into the camera, so he's doing this from memory or freetalking instead of working from a script or even reference terms (words or phrases used to allow him to speak naturally, but make sure he doesn't miss or skip key points).

I never was never big on soft drinks, but one year I started drinking Commercial Orange Juice everyday. Totally took a toll on the enamel of my two front teeth. Great information that needs to be spread. Thanks!
