Several Sumpreme court cases have stated, " natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens". Not all citizens are considered "natural born". Additionally, you have not one shread of evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii, and if not, his mother was too young to pass US citizenship on to him-she was only 18 when he was born.
Having 2 citizen parents is not a requirement for American citizenship. Read INS website rules under INA:ACT 300's through these rules you will observe that it takes only 1 citizen parent to be an American citizen. So, Pres. Obama could be born in Kenya and still be US citizen because of his mother being a US citizen.

Title 8 of the US Code, is immigration law. That would not apply to a "natural born citizen", because they are not immigrants. The paper used on this FAKE Certificate is the same type of paper design used on the computerized COLB forms first used in the year 2001. Prior to 2001, there wasn't any such paper used! The law for a foreign birth required his mother to be 19 when he was born and she was still 18 at the time of his birth. Regardless of that, you are confusing the issue. The Constitution requires the President to be a "natural born Citizen", meaning a person born within our nation to US citizen parents. Obama's father was a British citizen, so regardless of where he was born, he is not eligible.

In 1782, at the end of the Revolution, all free persons in the United States became US citizens. It is a requirement of the US Constitution that the President now be a natural born citizen. Natural born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. In other words, they are by soil and blood, 100% US citizens-no other nation on Earth can claim them. Several Sumpreme court cases have stated, " natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens". Not all citizens are considered "natural born". Additionally, you have not one shread of evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii, and if not, his mother was too young to pass US citizenship on to him-she was only 18 when he was born.

Having 2 citizen parents is not a requirement for American citizenship. Read INS website rules under INA:ACT 300's through these rules you will observe that it takes only 1 citizen parent to be an American citizen. So, Pres. Obama could be born in Kenya and still be US citizen because of his mother being a US citizen.

@cris750, Wrong-Obama's mother was only 18 when he was born. Had he been born in Kenya, he would be ineligible for US citizenship, except through naturalization. The Constitution requires the President to be a "natural born citizen", meaning one born within our nation, to parents who owe allegiance to no other nation. Obama became a British citizen at birth, and he is still a British citizen. Holding multiple citizenships, and thus multiple allegiances, he is not eligible to be President.

How do I know this, because edited documents contain code and if you know how to access the code it will tell all and the code contained elements of photoshop editing. Also Miki Booth presented Hawaiian Birth Certificates for both her husband from 1949 and her son from 1981, and again there was no space provided to list a religion. So what is left? When and where he was born, the names of his parents or his given name.

The 14th amendment deals with citizenship and civil rights, and does not change the provision of Article Two.
Therefore, to be President of the US, one must be "natural born", and meet the age and resident requirements of Article Two. However, the Constitution does not define "natural born". It is generally accepted to mean "citizen by birth". Therefore, Obama meets the "natural born" elegibility, his mother was a citizen at the time of his birth, where he was born does not matter.

Here's my litlle two cent comments: I am the youngest of three children born of Hawaiian and Caucasian parents. My older sister born 8/16/1961, second sister born 8/21/63, me 3/5/67. I think that the proof we have is as you said yourself. When the vertical bar goes over the bottom bar, it is clearly intentionally made like that. This can only be achieved by having two US citizen parents and being born in the US. However, the citizen-parent must have lived in the U.S. for at least 10 years, 5 of which were after the age of 14. Obama's mother was 15 weeks short of 19 when she gave birth. @emplehod, Obama has admitted on his own fight the smears website, that his citizenship status was subject to the jurisdiction of the British nationality Act of 1948. This would mean, that he was not subject only to the jurisdiction of the United States, but, if he was born in Hawaii, subject to the jurisdiction of multiple nations. A natural born citizen, would be subject only to the jurisdiction of the nation in which he was born, and not subject to the jurisdiction of any foreign nation.

@pollorifa13, So it would seem, that you just can't get over the fact that Obama is NOT legally eligible to be the President, and should have never been allowed on the ballot. Now, he is usurping the highest office of the land, doing all he can to destroy our nation, while you sit back, and say, We Won! What exactly did you win?

That is correct. These documents should have an emblossed seal and a signature of the State Registrar-Obama's image lacks both of them.

It doesn't matter if Obama was born in Hawaii or not. His father was a foreigner. Children, at the time of Obama's birth who had a foreign parent had DUAL CITIZENSHIP. You can become a full-fledged NATURALIZED CITIZEN, but naturalized citizens CAN NOT BECOME PRESIDENT, only NATURAL BORN with two American parents. You could have cameras in Hawaii while little Barry Soetoro was being born with proof beyond belief he was born in Hawaii, and that still wouldn't make him eligible to be pres.

Yes, but, even if it can be proved that he was born in Hawaii, he is still not eligible for office. The Constitution requires the President to be a "natural born citizen", meaning one that was born in the US, to US citizen parents, owning allegiance to no foreign nation. Obama's father was a British subject, and so Obama's citizenship status was under the jurisdiction of the British Nationality Act of 1948, which made him a British subject the moment he was born. He is not eligible for office.

We have been told that he was born in Hawaii, but, we can not know if that is true, until we see his original birth records. Natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. ( The Law of Nations, Vattel 1758, Book 1, chapter 19, paragraph 212) This is the legal text that was used by the founders of our nation, and the framers of our Constitution. This same definition has been used in decisions handed down by the Supreme Court.

I found this on that site. I believe it came from Factcheck:
"Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.
The Constitution does not say anything about dual citizenship. It only says Natural Born Citizen,which I believe Obama is, because he was born in Hawaii and his mother was an American citizen.

It does not matter that it expired in 1982-He did hold foreign citizenship for 21 years, so for his first 21 years he was subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign nation-He is not a natural born citizen. It is not that difficult to understand-clearly you have no interest in the truth.

This is misleading. He didn't hold foreign citizenship, he was a dual citizen.
He lost his British citizenship when Kenya became independent (1963).
Kenya required that non-Kenyan citizenship had to be renounced in order to keep Kenyan citizenship.
Obama never renounced his US citizenship, nor did he pledge allegiance to Kenya or GB.
I am interested in the truth.

If you were interested in the truth, you would not argue about his citizenship status, he is not a natural born citizen. You admit that he held foreign citizenship, but, then you deny it. You say he had dual citizenship-how could that be true, when you deny he held foreign citizenship? You can't have it both ways. What happened when he was 21 can't change the fact that at birth, he was subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign nation.

He didn't hold foreign citizenship, he was a dual citizen. He never invoked either British or Kenyan citizenship nor did he ever renounce US citizenship.
Nowhere in the Constitution does it say anything about dual citizenship.
It says the Pres and VP must be natural born citizens, which I believe he is because he was born on US soil and his mother was an American citizen.

No, the truth of the matter is that the Constitution is the law of our nation. Just because you don't like what the law says, does not mean you are can talk your way around it. If someone has dual citizenship, then they have citizenship in two countries-that is a fact. You can not be a natural born citizen and be a dual citizen-it is a total contradiction of terms. Dual citizens are not eligible to hold the office of President.

Indeed this is misleading. If he didn't hold foreign citizenship, then how was he not born a dual citizen? You say He lost his British citizenship when Kenya became independent (1963), but he was a dual citizen. If he was not in Kenya, in 1963, then how could he lose British citizenship?

Nowhere does it say that a natural born citizen and/or President elect can never have had dual citizenship. The only stipulation is that the President can't be:
a. a non-citizen of the USA
b. a naturalized citizen of the USA
Barak Obama clearly does not meet either of these stipulations since his MOTHER was a US Citizen and it makes no difference WHERE he was born.
If you can prove otherwise, show it in writing.

I already did in the comments above yours. A natural born citizen, is the citizen of only the nation in which he was born, and cannot be the subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign nation. By having a foreign father, Obama was a British subject, the moment he was born, and there is nothing that anyone can do or say to change that. Unless Obama is willing to admit that he has lied, his entire life, about who his parents were.

WRONG. There is such a thing as dual-citizenship.
Also, natural-born citizenship does not require you to be born in the US. Read Title 8 of the US Code.
Otherwise, McCain, himself born in the Panama Canal Zone would not have been eligible for President either.

Title 8 of the US Code, is immigration law. That would not apply to a "natural born citizen", because they are not immigrants. Dual citizenship does exist, but, only between nations which do not claim exclusive jurisdiction over their citizens, and only when an agreement exists between those two nations. You are correct about McCain-he was not eligible for office either, which explains why he never raised the issue against Obama.

Dual citizens are not allowed to be President. Only natural born citizens are eligible for that office. In the 2008 election, three candidates were on the ballot, that were NOT eligible-Barack Obama, John McCain, and Roger Calero who only has a Green Card, ran on the Socialist Workers ticket.

Show in writing that Barak Obama is not a natural born citizen.
There are only two ways of becoming an American citizen:
1. Jus Sanguinis (Right of Blood)- born inside or outside the US or its territories by parent(s) of American citizenship.
2. Jus Soli (Right of Birthplace)- born inside the US or its territories irregardless of parental nationality (except foreign diplomats)
3. Naturalization- after birth citizenship by meeting legal prerequisite

True, natural born citizens are born to two US citizens outside the USA. Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii to a US citizen mother and a British citizen father, so he is a dual-citizen, not NBC. He cannot be dual-citizen and NBC.

Under US jurisdiction Obama was born a 14th Amendment citizen, and under British jurisdiction, he was born a British citizen, so he is a dual citizen, not a natural born citizen. He cannot be both a dual citizen and a natural born citizen.

I wonder what is his date of birth,, most parents rego their kids days after their birth, i'm wondering if that is his birth date, did he give his birth date, instead of a couple of days later, real life are the mistakes they overlook, I was born 4 days after JFK was shot, I was rego a week after his death, but I still got my date of birth, if you know what i mean.

Yes, well we do know that the serial number is higher on the Certification shown on the images at Factcheck, than appeared on the Birth Certificates for twins that were born on August 5th, at the same hospital Obama now claims was his birth place, and their birth was recorded later than his was. To make things more confusing, on Obama's MySpace page, it says that he is 52 years old.
