  • good job you "almost" did a flip...

  • i know this place is it in milton keynes

  • Nope this is in a small town called Sherborne in Dorset

  • whats the best type of jumping stilts to get and where can i get some cheap mats that ur landing on? I wanna get them but my parents think it will ruin my knees for my life, do u guys think so?

  • its alrght

  • dont slam the floor so hard when u go up to jump and tuck harder!! ive seen person do higher ones on the floor without them things!!

  • just gota tuck a little tighter

  • BRAVO!

    Good Job :)

  • lol

you have 2 problems, youre not tucking enough, witch makes you loose spin, and if you put it in slowmo, you bring youre legs up even before you get off the ground, witch is bad cuz u loose height, if you elongate and then pull youre legs in, you will definately get waht ur looking for,

  • um that little sign does that mean you cant buy powerisers with U.S. dollars?

  • You can buy powerisers all over the world, i'm not quite sure what your getting at.

  • everywhere ive seen poweriser prices it always has that UK sign so im not sure if you can buy them for that cheap price in US

  • GetJumpingStilts

    CoolThingsToRide

    Xphub

Those are a few well known suppliers in the USA.

If you want good quality stilts go for PoweriSers rather than Powerstriders.

    Hope this helps

  • in the other video front flips look easy to do, This is the real training needed for a newbye :( ..Damm I don't have a jim to go, and don't have Fall Mats... What can I do to learn ???

  • i have the same problem. i'd like to go somewhere to get lessons or something and use mats but sadly i havent heard of any near me

  • hey for both of you, look for a performing arts studio, just go in there and ask if they have a gym, if they do, ask them if there is a time that you can come in and practice some flips, bring some cash just in case lol ^^

  • it doesnt look like hes tucking

  • Yeah

  • I don't know of any places in the US where you can actually buy them in a shop but a good site is GetJumpingStilts.

Also check out the PoweriserPages forum

  • There are a few stores around that sell them but if you do buy them from a shop expect to pay £50-£100 more than if you bought them on the internet.

    Are you in the UK?

  • Lol wtf is he wearing? Gay.

  • WTF....Jacket and Jeans

  • do you know where Norwich is.

  • Yeah, none spring to mind straight away.

Sign up on thw poweriserpages forum, the link is in the video. I'm sure there must be someone in Norwich you could bock with.

  • where do u get them mats dfrom

  • We hire out part of a sports hall and they allow us to use the mats.

There are quite a few groups nationally who hire out halls every now and then, where abouts are you situated?

  • this looks like a surefire way to break ur legs lol

cant wait to see u get it done right!

  • Mind that wall, mate! :)

  • you have to turn faster

  • that would be funny if you banged your head on the ground..

  • I could front flip on trampolines before i tried this, but its very different as you have lots of weight on your legs.

If you check out the video response on the left you can see me landing them.

  • Rotate faster!ur rotating slowly

  • Its harder than it looks, each stilt weighs around 4kg so having that weight on your legs makes it harder to spin quickly.

  • hell yeah, just got my powerizers off EBAY for $247. i searched Everywhere on the internet and that was the best price!

  • man those look so awesome, im gonna get some when i get enough money

  • try flipping faster

  • Watch the video response on the left it shows me landing my first flip which i did about 2 weeks ago. Going to the gym again on Sunday so watch out for a new video after the weekend

  • is that is guernsey?

  • No, lol, its Somerset in England

  • hey, i see that a lot of people have already commented on your lack of technique...id agree there is a lack...BUT, thats not the end of the world. my tips would be get a good, consistent, high straigt jump (by brining your arms down in time with the knees, and then thowing them up on the way to the top of the jump) then aply that to the front flip.

  • You should first learn how to make a frontflip and then try and practice it with the Poweriser cause you're lacking a lot of technique

  • you're not jumping up, before you flip your eyes are look down..this makes you jump OUT not UP. when you jump lift your chest and keep your eyes UP and it should work out.

  • you didnt land any frontflips

  • LOL, what are those things called??

  • nice vid dude!

I've just ordered some of those things, cant wait to get them, are they as hard as they look to use?

  • They arn't that hard once you get used to them, my first bit of advice is to sign up on the poweriserpages forum, there is a link at the end of the video. See you there

  • Im on there dude, same user name as here!

    thanks man!

  • The impression I get from this video: Trying to learn to front flip by jumping from one surface to a higher surface is counter-productive.

At least it seems that way; I'm still learning myself.

  • I totally aggree but i also think that i like the padding.

  • why u allways look at the chamera after falling?

  • Because my brother is filming and after every flip attempt he would tell me what i did wrong.

    Does that really matter?

  • What the fuck does age matter. your like the gay kids that right into skate magazines and be like I can triple flip a 20 set and I'm twelve years old. Im 19 and I could kick the shit out of any twelve year old no matter how big or whatever they are, Becasue Im older and have real experience.

  • yo some kid front flips over 12 people tpye in front flip over 12 people

  • you can't be afraid to jump upwards, nubcake lol

  • you should have practiced on concrete, i bet u'd have only done it wrong once ;-p

  • wow it pisses me off when ppl cant land a front flip with some type of springy divice ex:trampoline, diving board, bouncy shoe things like the guy inthe video

  • ite mate im 14 an hav only jus learned front flip . i stayed up till bout 2 in the mornin for a cuple of nights in my garden tho . chek out sum of my vids ( non of em hav front flip in yet )

  • Man I wish I had a pair of those. I can do front flips on the ground too. But I land them really low and sometimes my ass touches the mats.

  • were do u get them shoes from givv me the answer by sendin me a message plz

  • I would message you but it says i need to be your friend in order to do that.

Go on the link shown in the video.

  • Cool those things... btw just try to "grab ur knees" ,as u can see when u did it, u quite completed the "turn", basic thing in flips and stuff like that ... Btw to those guys " oooh i have a long dik and i'm 12 years old" stfu ,good for u but don't come here saying ur s*it, this is a guy who is learning, and he didnt ask if u can do it or not, if u wanna say what u can do and feel so cool, just make another vid and say whatever u want there... >.>

  • your problem here wasnt the landing it was the amount of travel and rotation you were getting

  • I'm 12 years old. And i can do a front flip on gras and on trampoline

  • Wow, So can I!!

  • u dont need those powerisers to learn to frontflip i learnt it all alone and without help

  • I know you don't need them, but doing it on them is a great trick and its harder than a normaly flip because you are landing on a bit of rubber about the size of mobile phone, compared to your whole foot.

  • i can do a front flip perfectly and land it perfectly, on the ground

not using a trampoline or those things

    and im 12 yrs old

  • Show us.

  • Yeah, that's fun, I can do a double frontflip with mine. I learned how 2 frontflip in about 45 minutes without em AND THE FIRST TIME i tried it with em I landed on my back after completing 1 frontflip so I did 1 3/4. It feels very funny...

  • Crazy!

Have you had previous gymnastic experience or were you a complete noob?

You should sign up on poweriserpages and you could meet up with some peeps near you.

  • How much are the powerisers

  • It depends where you live, if you are in the UK the cheapest ones are 135 up to about 240 for a good pair.

In the USA they are about $340 for the cheapest.

    Also sign up on poweriserpages

  • dude you're ALMOST there... it's all in your takeoff. Watch the video, and see how you throw your arms hurriedly to the backs of your knees? paaaaaaaaatience, young one. You need more height. Jump **UP** first, thennnn go for the tuck. More air time = more time to perform the flip.

    Turn up the UPS!

  • dude all you have to do is jump about two times before you try to do the flip. your not getting enough air.

  • good luck but i love that song i saw white stripes in concert and i was at front of mosh pit it was sweet

  • Can you frontflip normaly on ground ? If you work on your technique for spinning a little bit faster you should get it soon. keep practice man =P

  • Nope i can't front flip on the ground, the only time i've ever done front flips before was messing around on my cousins trampoline.

  • mmmhhh very close. I think its not easy to do a flip with that smooth spring.

The max. high with a optimum (=weight & spring-power) poweriser spring is 1.70m

  • almost mate lol ... whats the name of the backing song ?

  • Thanks, one more sesssion and i rekon i will have nailed it.

The song is Hotel Yorba by The White Stripes
