When you guy the gold jewelry, do you factor in the quality of any stones in the price or are you just buying the weight and purity of the gold?

Also I just bought a couple of new shot guns, ammo, non perishable goods, knives, water, and bicycle. Remember the US has only 3 day supply of gas at any one time. I was and somewhat still the oil business and that is a very little known fact.

I agree. I converted my portfolio and parents portfolio into precious metals. Mostly bullion. I know you not into big ratios but even the banks are now heavy buyers of silver knowing that the ratio is unbalanced toward gold. gold would need to go up another $1000 to double while silver needs to increase a mere $15 bucks. Also I i'm trying to completely get out of all US dollar assets. Don't want to be caught holding useless paper when it hits out of nowhere.
