I am a Christian, not Pagan, but I still find this to be very beautiful, so poetic. It can apply to all of us, on any path. Robert Frost is one of my favorite poets.
@RiverBirch1967 Well, I don't think that the poetry is religious at all in nature and my reasons for using it are about my roads that I've traveled with my sexuality. I'm not sure what Robert Frost's religious preferences were...would be interesting to know though, eh?
@PaintedRavensong I never guessed sexuality. You are seemingly so confident in that, it never crossed my mind. I guessed religion PLUS and mainly PLUS, the journeys that we all take in our lives, and they are large in number. I adore this video, and now that you have told me more, I love it even much so.
@mfost0424 You are very sweet...I just follow my heart in what I'm lead to do videos on and pray that someone gets anything out of them...hehehe Thank you so very much!
@naddog180 Hi Willie...that was actually a huge bug...hehehe I slowed the footage down when I was making it to see when I first noticed that. But you know how it is here in FL...our bugs are as big as birds!...heheheh HUGS! Enjoy this awesome weather today!
@OhCurt Yes, Curt...I really find that this resonates with me greatly!! Thank you about the dress...I made it about 4 or 5 years ago for our Ren Faire fun! (((CURT)))
The idea that this poem is about individuality and independence only makes sense if you read the last few lines. If you take into account lines like "just as fair", "both that morning equally lay" etc..., we see that there is no road less taken, but that the poem rather seems to be about regret and personal myth-making or rationalizing our decisions.
@themajikat Thank you for this great comment...yes, indeed...rationalizing our decisions...I can see how that is represented. I suppose it speaks to us all in different ways depending upon our life's experiences. Thanks!!!
The imagery and symbolism are great. If there is nothing at least slightly 'mystical' about it, then you are on the wrong path. If life does not both fascinate and challenge, then it is a life not lived.

Hey Mic! I loved how that bird zipped through at 45 seconds too bad he went to the left instead of the right... he could have been a spirit guide!!

What I like best about the road less traveled is there is no gridlock, thus one can soar!
Lovely visuals for this poem. Great job!

@NiteBlogger Thank you so very much. Yes, no gridlock...just our own pace no matter what that is...
