Recorded with a sm57, no pedals but delay every now and then. I actually used a crappy line 6 spider III for this. With mids and treble boosted and of course the Seymour Duncan JB helps a lot. I don't have that pick up anymore though, and I got it replaced with a crappy DiMarzio DP100 Super Distortion, the lows stand out way to much with the pick up and it sounds to muff for me. Definitely getting another JB when I have the money.
