@herrtim82 Actually, his English is pretty good, almost perfect here. There are only a few very minor grammatical errors, which could be put down to trying to describe a complex technical feature or opinion.

He just has a very strong accent, which a lot of people, if unfamiliar with different backgrounds and accents, would struggle to understand. That's why they sometimes subtitle heavily accented English on the news and other such programs.
