I think Harry has always been open when admitting his true feelings for Dougie, but hides it by pretending he's joking. You don't flirt with someone unless you're at least little bit attracted to them. And if Harry was just solely a flirt, he'd do the same with Tom and Danny.

i don't think harry or dougie is gay, bi idk but i do think harry has some type of platonic love for dougie and no i don't think dougie feels the same, he loves harry as one of his best mates and like a brother but with that being said, dougie's not innocent in all this, yes its usually harry initiating the flirting but i've seen videos where dougie is being flirty with him as well, now maybe their both joking around but sometimes it doesn't seem like it, i just see it as a bromance, lol
