well i know alot about pc hardware. ill tell you, it runs how it runs on everyone elses pc. 60 fps max. the game is capped at 60 fps. or it might be 30. either way its gonna run good. no suprise. not sure what you're looking for

I play at 1000fps personally..
and an Nvidia GTX 280 coupled with an Intel Core i7 gets 3000fps on Halo... you just have to know how to set it up. 60FPS Max? LOL Where did u ever hear that?!
the fps is cut off at 60fps in every PC game. There are console commands that will enable your gpu to surpass 60fps. turning off any 2nd 3rd buffering or sync is a good idea. 1000fps? what res are you at 240x100? Check out my PC never got 1000fps....and I have GTX285's in SLI
