  • FaceModeller does a better job than this when it comes to Photo Morphing.

  • What fucking version do you use?

  • How do you get it to insert a background

  • Can i make i then do an animation on movie maker? ? Please reply

  • where did you get the face????i cant find it all that's in the folder is the characters and props

  • this program appears to be badass! my question is do you have videos for the english speaking. also, can i upload all the 3d features of my model on another program like autodesk or zbrush?

  • i want to creat a model of master chei. there are no helmets so how would i go about doing that?

  • muy bueno el video

  • so i cant use it for make a game? or a selfmade movie?

  • um is it only for faces? can you do like animals like cats? or something?

  • can it be animeted

  • would u reccomend this or makehuman?

  • This is a lot of manual editing for only a faked 3D model! I accidentally discovered this company: Visualsize that can construct all kinds of 3D models - partial or complete - using photographs collected from random locations around a 3D object. They do real faces with the correct texture an structure from photographs - and there is no manual intervention at all! The technology of Visualsize is really cool and I haven't seen anything like it.

  • Niiice! You'll be able to make any celeb >:D

  • Note that what MyVidArchive said before is not right anymore.

We've just launched a product line called QUIDAM Prime that include licensing rights for a video game.

Of course you can still create/share/sell 2D images and animations too.

  • Oh.. My God O.o awesome!

  • grat

  • oh yeah btw, i have the demo version

  • I cant get my image on there :'(

like when u import it just says Obj. or Qdm. so how can i put my photo on there?

  • There is a tutorial of this feature on youtube. Type "transfer a face photo on a model" in the search area and you will find it!

  • For those considering using this program to create characters for their game projects ( or any other artistic endeavour ), keep in mind that N-Sided , the company that made this app ..OWNS ALL OF YOUR CREATIONS .

You own nothing ..NOTHING . You need to first approach them and sign an agreement with them before using any of your own creations , generated by their program , commercially ( Game , Anime .etc ).

They can go to hell .

  • @MyVidArchive

I saw they "changed" what you wrote but even if they wouldnt have done, who cares? It is so against law that it is hilarious :)

Visualize following : " My butcher bought and uses knives from them, and isn't allowed to sell the meat he cuts with it????..think about that idea" ..woehaaaa....sorry had to respond on it..

  • @MyVidArchive

Independent Developers licence 895 euros for unlimited

character creations for games. Then you own your creations.

Small version is just for design and rendering characters.

  • so crazy ,

    thsi process very easy...

  • my friend you're a joke D:

  • I wonder...Can you do this same technique but with a human cartoon character instead of a photo?

  • what do you mean? with an image of human cartoon character? yes you can. you can paint anything on your model and you can transfer any picture on it too.

  • is this better than poser 7?

  • I've got both programs and I can tell you, QUIDAM 2 is much better!

  • I've found one better, Iclone 3, only problem is that it doesn't let you start a character from scratch, you have to use a pre made one.

  • can you get the full version in stores like on a disc?

  • Hellp lilsoldierman

no, you can only have digital versions of QUIDAM 2. But you can still burn a CD of the installer if you want to have a backup.

  • amazing!

  • Damn!!! Awesome software!!!

    Questions:

    1- How much it costs?

2- I'm a Indie Game Developer, can I use the characters in my games?

  • The price depends of the version. QUIDAM 2 is about $260.

As for using characters in a video game, of course you can. But you should read the conditions in the page of the following menu path: Products/Quidam/Professionals/Game development

  • QUIDAM 2 costs €169.

You can use models in a game. There are special prices for indies. You will find in the website more information for game developers. Or you can also contact the Support or Sales team to have precisions.

  • whats the name of the software plz?

  • QUIDAM its not free though i dont think :(

  • I understand that this video is speeded up for viewing purposes, I would like to know exactly how long this process took in real time please.

  • Around 1 hour depending on your skill from the first click to the last one and including the shooting of the pictures.

Actually it may be much faster, as soon as you get used to the tools. The most important is to have two good pictures which is not so difficult.

As for QUIDAM, have a try at the demo and you will see how really easy it is to sculpt with!
