hi i play in the EU server. im hr 160+ atm, suggestion to all new players:

DONT GO ONLINE STRAIGHT AWAY!!!

do the offline quests first and get good armor/ weapons

THEN go play with other people. it will be much easier

@MultiLelde You can get the long sword online when you finish 3 Star Quests in Offline. The Monster Fluids you can get for quests(Everything you get for Quests) or you can go to moga woods and see that monster that lucks like a spider robot, then let them suck the mushrooms and then kill, then will fall a item, he can be a Monster Fluid( I tried so is not lie)

this is how you get online in your monster hunter tri wii ok.. load you game save and click start the quit game it then should let you selct either get out the game or change GAME MODE CHOOSE GAME MODE THEN CHOOSE THE >>>>CITY<<<

This is the Japanese version of the game. in this version you can make a lobby for 10 people, but still only hunt with 4 at a time.

You (and me) have the European version of the game: you can only make a city for 4 people.

that is why the're so many tables in a city, capcom didnt remove the unnesecary tables from the japanese server consept.

@DaGavinX after you select your character select city(online mode) then select account then server then gate and then you will go to a room walk straight up then select the room, you can't select a room with 4 players, after you've selected your room go to the tavern that's where everyone usually is

@Darkabyss95 if you dont have a wireless router you can just go to a local store that sells video games and has all that extra stuff, there's a nintendo wifi plug in that sells for about $20 and just needs to be plugged into the usb slot, if u have a wireless router, than ur already set just go to u internet settings

@Darkabyss95 ya. you can play online aslong as you have any internet, excluding dial up. just, if you dont have wireless internet, and if you have a wired modem, you will need a lan adapter. its only like 12 bucks at best buy. you hook it up to 1 usb port behind the wii, and attach the ethernet cable to it and wallah! you my friend, have online ;D

you don't need to connect the Wii Speak, just connect it to your Wii through "USB" or whatever, and then the Wii Speak will turn on automatically whenever you get in a room with players online. I don't have this game, but I've played Animal Crossing before, and that's how the Wii Speak worked. I'm so happy to hear that Friend Codes are not needed, those things are what made me hate the Wii, but now that it's gone, I am a happy man. Getting this game soon ^-^

@Flomanmahir Du nimmst einfach deinen charakter. du gehst quasi in einen raum (mit deinem normalen hunter) wo sich auch die anderen befinden, und dann zieht ihr zusammen los. und deinen charakter kannst du am anfang des spiels individuell gestalten und auch später noch modifizieren (haare etc.), was jedoch später ein bisschen sinnlos wird da man vor lauter rüstung sowieso nur noch die stimme hört^^ nur noch 2 wochen *_*
