@tuckerthethirdskater 3rd game is about xehanort, a very very typical~ish boss (an old man, ugly, wear BLACK clotches, have black skin, Yellow eyes, pointy ear, and maniacal laugh, and have the "halleluya" arm flail) mostly a very antagonistic guy....which is pretty boring..., KH 1 = Xehanort's heartless, ANSEM!!

KH 2 = Xehanort's Nobody , Xemnas!!!

KH 3 = the combined forces (eww) of ansem and xemnas (sounds kinda weird) into Xehanort

typically we have been fighting xehanort's half in KH

Diz is actually ansem. Ansem took the form of Diz while hiding & trying to reawaken sora.

It hints this at the end of Coded: The letter is from Mickey(duh), and Yen Sid wants Sora and Riku to become Keyblade masters (like Mickey is) in order to fight of the true form of Ansem/Xemnas = Xehanort (because sora has defeated both forms he will become his old self again, like he was in Birth By Sleep before he became a heartless!)
