  • yeah this guy is king already!

  • I'm sure if Fred comes back home in middle 80's (85 for example) and he read on his house wall ,,I love you Freddie" he never fall a sleep before he find guy who wrote that and said to him: ,,allright... so you love me darling? wanna have sex ?"

  • i've been there!

  • @TongueFu100 ....im not even gonna ask how u wud know about the cause of his getting aids in that detail....RIP Freddie, we miss ya man.

  • FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND MARY SOLD HIS PLACE

  • hey i was just joking like alot of reply,s to your message i agree freddie loved and was loved by all of us and he is still sorely missed if i offended you i do apologize just playing again I,M SORRY have a great day QUEEN LONG MAY SHE REIN take care

  • HEY BJ001R9327 PLEASE LEARN HOW TO SPELL AND I DON,T THINK FREDDIE INVITED YOU TO HIS HOUSE FOR A DRINK 10 X,S MAYBE A SPELLING LESSON BUT NO MORE THAN THAT QUEEN MERCURY LONG LONG MAY SHE REIN 20YEARS AND HE STILL IS THE TOPIC OF CONVERSATION,S

  • @elauzierek . English isn't everyone's first language, you know? Freddie had friends of all walks of life and different cultural backgrounds, we all know that. You don't have to be so rude.

  • Wow! That video made me cry. I've never been to London, but if i do go to London Freddies house is the first place i'd go. R.I.P Freddie, i'll always love you as a friend. THE GREATEST BAND IN THE WORLD IS QUEEN.

  • i saw a question at "a diary of a wimpy kid" telling ,if you had a time machine and you could only use it for 5 minutes where would you go?

its simple, go to the future buy some medicine for aids then go to the past to give the medicine to freddie mercury

  • I think they should do a beautiful mural on that wall of Freddie and the Band Queen, by a great artist, who could paint Freddie in a way that Freddie would want to be remembered, and yes, of course, change the name of the street to Freddie Mercury Place. Love You Forever My Sweet Angel, Freddie, R.I.P.

  • I need to go!!

  • who was Freddie Mercurys house please write i will go to that he is my hero i will see alls from him

  • @cutesouris Freddie Mercury´s house is called Garden Lodge, it is in Logan Place, Kensington, London. It´s a very beautiful house, Mary Austin now lives there

The house of the Maestro... Mercury´s Paradise...

  • they should stop painting over it.

  • @killerkitty777 I couldn't agree with you more. @Carbon657, you were very lucky. It must be difficult for Mary to live with the constant reminder that is is no longer with us. Perhaps she feels differently than I do but to me writing all over the wall and using graffiti on her home is destruction of property.

  • @Isis8 ....it wasnt really graffiti..

  • @metalifan16 So what the fuck do YOU call it? It's fucking graffiti.

  • @Isis8 i fucking call it what i wanna fucking call it u fucking got that u fuck XD...ok now on a serious tone. no need with all the fucks isis. its just obvious that ur definition of graffiti differs from mine. ill walk my way, you walk yours.

  • @metalifan16 In that case, don't correct me. In my eyes, it's graffiti and destruction of property.

  • @Isis8 eh, i can voice my opinion whenever i feel like it.

  • Me and some friends went to Freddie Mercurys house and wrote on the wall. The problem was it was all the graffitie had just been removed and the woman who lives across the street called the police. They were going to arrest us but Mary Austin told them she didnt want any charges to be brought against us so we walked free, very nice woman.

  • Beauriful video-thanks. When I tried to find the house on GoogleEarth it comes us as Mccowan Theartr 1-2 Logan Place. Did Mary give up the house or sell it?

  • Im a 15 year old queen fan and in 55 days I will be going to london for a month as a cultural trip, but the best part of all is that I will be staying at the london lodge hotel, with it is two blocks from here¡¡, cant bieleve it¡

    freddie 4 ever¡

  • @altoromance94 i wish it was me i hope you have a great time. Im 27 and ive loved him since a was a wee girl and will always have fun

  • buddy, thanks for ur story but learn how to write :)

  • Thanks for sharing this..

    R.I.P darling..

  • I was there... very touching. No words.

  • Very touching and a bit sad to see this video. Thank you fot posting!

  • Oh my God...I got a knot on my throat......I want to cry..... Freddy you will always be remembered, your music, Queen will always be. Thank you and all the band for the music. Te amo

  • there was also a cute couple from america, she was so crazy about freddie, she couldn't remember all of his cats names and was a bit desolated :) besides this i must say is quite easy to get there, you just get off the tube at earl's court, go straight ahead a little bit and then turn left to logan place... about freddie's statue at mdme tussaud's, i saw it and is very well made, worth seeing especially if you're such a die-hard... :)

  • i went to see freddie's house last year and that was quite amazing. the walls had been washed, and the only place where people still leave discrete messages is the front door. some of the passers-by are very friendly, they would stop and talk to you, i even met 3 persons who had been living in the neighbourhood for about 50 years and they actually knew freddie, imagine how thrilled i was, another person told me: people come here like on a pilgrimage :)...

  • I thought Freddie spent his last days in a house in Austria or Switzerland. Apparently, I was wrong...

It's nice to see this video; that there were/are so many people who love Freddie, just as I do...

    R.I.P. Freddie Mercury (Farrokh Bulsara)

  • He had his ashes thrown in Lake Geneva, where he also had a house (that was actually his favorite, I believe)

  • @MarkoKassenaar I don't think that's true, because only Mary Austin knows for sure where his ashes were placed. And since he said he doesn't want anyone to dig him out, they were probably not thrown into a lake. I believe Garden Lodge is that place. But that's only my guessing.

  • i miss you freddie buaa

    thank you

  • beautiful !!!!!!!!!

  • Im crying

  • You were ready, Freddie.... we weren't.

  • has any one seen freddies wax statue in Madam Toso museum.

is it beautifal as he was?

  • I saw it in April, and yes, it was beautiful.

  • we miss you fredie =(

  • I was there last week and wrote "love you"

on the door. It just make me sad and strange feeling.

  • where is it?

  • his house ? in london

if you need exact address, I can find it for you.

  • garden lodge in logan place , earls court in london.

  • tell me tell me

    hahah

i'd like to go to England to know his house u_U

  • I wish someday that house became a museum like the house of Beethoven in Bonn or Anna Frank house in Amsterdam. I am too curious :)

  • i luv freddy!

    rip freddy!

    sleep well!

you will always be with us!

  • Tony Blackburn lives in one of the houses that are on the left of the screen at 0:07 seconds into the video.

Been to Freddies house with a friend who is a MASSIVE Queen Fan. Its a cool house, but all walled away and the signed wall has gone now.

  • sleep well, sweet prince, you are sorely missed!

  • I visited it in 2001 and the wall had been scrubbed of the messages. I understand that it is now somebodys house, someone lives there (Mary Austin?), but surely the messages should remain? People have travelled 1,000's of miles to see his house for Pete's sake! As far as i know, there isnt a blue plaque even. There should be.

  • Yeah Mary Austin lives there now. FM gave it to her in his Will

  • absolutely 100% agree.

  • great video man i love freddie gran musico que vozz VIVA EL REY!!!!

  • I would luv to go there to see it myself.R.I.P Freddie luv ya

  • that's so sad and so cool to see how much Freddie is precious to the people around. I wish he was still with us :-(

    we love you Freddie !

  • I visited London for the first time in february of 1998.I had this friend in Essex,Basildon and before I arrived she asked me what do you want to visit in London?Big ben,Buckingham palace,Westminster Abby...etc.I said please oh please help me find "One Garden Lodge"in the Kensington area. She asked me what's there and I said that it was the residence of the greatest musical voice that ever lived!I went to see Freddie's former residence and that meant all the world to me!

  • ok, so i guess most of us have a common goal then : )

view Freddie's house atleast once in our lives.

  • Thank you so much.

  • i wish i could visit there one day.

  • Thanks for this video :)

Im going to visit this house next month.

Is all the graffiti there?..coz i looked on a website showing photos dating back from 1992..and it seems all the graffiti has gone now....

are you allowed to write on the walls still?

  • "are you allowed to write on the walls still?"

I'm afraid not... I read that it's forbidden now, nobody can write anything on the wall. And there are cameras around the wall, I think. The wall is painted, no graffiti anymore...

  • oh really?...

    Hmm.

Is there still like messages on the wall ?

  • No, there are no messages on the wall anymore :(

  • yes there are. just on the bottom part of the wall, all the rest has been painted with graffitiproof paint

  • i wish i could go with you lol.

  • hahah, if you live in the UK, then just go visit london xD.

If you live outside of Uk...come to London for a holiday haha.

  • how i wish too. but unfortunately i live so far.

  • thanks for your info. but as fans i just want to see. good day to you

  • no i mean the town of london is crap the house is special it is fantastic i dont blame you for wanting to see it

  • in my oppinion they should rename that street to Freddie Mercury street

  • yeh your right i agree with you

  • Next time I go to London - I will definitely go to his house...

I´ve been listening and watching so many videos tonigt, and I´ve been crying for the past hour.

Sometimes it just really hits me that he´s gone.

Maybe it´s pathetic, but I have loved these guys for soooo many years... and we Queen fans are known to be loayl!

That´s why the comments on each entry are always updated...

  • rest in peace now and forever freddie..

  • I know for sure that she got the house after Freddie's death and I read on a website that she is still living there with her sons.

The walls I've seen with my own eyes ,I even took pictures of his house, I can send them to you if you give me your e-mail address.I've even been to the "We Will Rock You"musical at the Dominion theatre, in front of it there is Freddie's statue, I took pics of it.

  • Yep i went there as well.. i took the videos... it gives you a strange sensation to be there isn't it? OOOh the musical.. i seen it.. the story is not amazing but the actors and the songs re great! what do u think?

  • I felt very strange being in front of his house, I couldn't believe that HE lived there once, I just stood there for half an hour without saying something. And you're very right about the musical. The story is not great at all, but the music and the actors were great. And the atmosphere in the theatre too.The fact that after 7 years of running this show, it's still running with full house and the people keep singing and waving their hands,it's an incredible feeling and I got very emotioned.

  • I agree 100% to everything u said ;)

  • i've altrady seen all those things...friends of mine have been there, but i never manage too -.- but in summer 09 or MAX 2010 i will.

i knew that the house went to mary after freddie passed away, but it's quite a long time ago, i don't think is 100% sure she's still in there.

it's kinda important to me cause she was freddie best friend, and she's done like...nothing to his fans. not even letting us write on a wall. it's sad.

  • now i've heard you can't write on the walls anymore, right?

and by the way, who owns it now? i never really understood it, always got different info.

  • I've been there in october 2008 and there were no things written on the wall, so I haven't written, either. The house is now owned by Mary Austin...

  • you sure about mary still living there?

you're like, the person who's been there more recently that i've heard lately, so i'm curious :D

  • My answer is lower. sorry, I haven't used "reply":D

  • I went there the last time in august, but everything was there.. i mean not on the wall because of that special "graffiti-freacking-paint" but there was lots on the door and on the low part of the wall

  • Sono riprese davvero molto suggestive e preziose -visto che forse alcuni graffiti oggi forse sono stati eliminati. Ogni fan deve provare almeno una volta quell'emozione unica qaundo si visita il Lodge. Io amo quella viuzza e amo Londra. Bulsaralinda.

  • i would die if i could go see his beautiful home, all those things people wrote are so sweet! :D

  • London is my big dream! One day I'll go there and Garden Lodge is one of the 1st places I'm going to visit!:)

  • is it in London? it's so beautiful how fans wrote all over the door

  • yep.. 1,logan place cloe to earls court tube stn

  • i've never been to London hope someday i'll get there and i'm sure that i'll go to see Freedie's house

  • Sir freddy Balsara you are one of the greatest

    I admire you

  • freddie paid 500k for it at that time and, 150k were later spent on a japanese style garden with every fish worth 10k.

the house has 8 bedrooms, the house alone now is worth 4 millions but what s inside (paintings and various art pieces)are worth another 4 millions.

  • I saw his house and green Jag at 1 Logan st

but sad today that they wrote all over his beautiful green door. Very sad.

  • ooooooh i'd like to see his house so fuckin' much !!!!!!

But i think i won't be able to stop my tears, well..in fact i'm SURE !!

Standing next to the place he lived his whole life and where he died... that might wonderful and sad too...

  • the freddy drwaing was made by a dutch girl/women

  • I and Luis were on 16 July 2008 in Freedie s house it was so magical! We took a lot of pics,we love it! I makes so happy,If you can ,made it!you will feel Freddie s spirit!

  • As I clearly stated in the original post, I know the intentions meant by the criminal acts. A more lasting and meaningful tribute would be to make a small donation to Mercury-Phoenix Trust in Freddie's name rather than the mark up his home. No matter how you view it, "One man's freedom fighter is another man's terrorist." There are better ways of manifesting love than marking a wall as would a dog lifting its leg upon it.

  • I think u shoul stop drinking man!

the mercury-phoenix it's all another story, that doesn't have anything to do with the love that someone can have, for freddie's music.. and stop being a moralist with wise sentences, writing on that wall that i love him, doesn't affect anyone's freedom, and open ur eyes and look who terrorists are, sure they do worse than write "freddie rocks" on HIS wall..

  • Defiling the beauty of this house is a gob of spit in the face Freddie. I know the intentions are good, as is the road to perdition. It makes me wish spirits existed, then he would haunt all those who are defacing his home.

  • What the hell are you talking about??

That's people's manifesation of love for Freddie, not "defacing" a house... before there used to be loooooots of messages, that the new owner of the house deleted, and covered the wall with graffiti-proof paint.. I call that DISRESPECT for freddie and all the fans who wanted to leave a sign of the emotions that Freddie gave them with his songs..

  • Brilliant! My girlfriend took me to Garden Lodge as a surprise and I must say that I am forever in dept to her. It was a wonderful experience!

  • where is the address?

  • no.1 logan place, close to earls court station, London

  • I love the who wants to live forever quote right there :'D

    RIP Freddie

  • FREDDY IS GOD!!!!

  • Looks like they were covering up ppls memory sayings-I hope they dont anymore if they are/did??? I wonder who lives there now-SO SAD :`(

  • Mary Austin lives in that house now. Mary Austin being Freddie's Ex Girlfriend. Ofcourse she gonna have the messages taken off the walls and door....she has 2 live in tht house with her family, they dont want 2 b seeing sll tht everyday, and neither do their neighbours

  • Understandable but I think its a nice thing how much ppl appreciated him. PPL would B writing on that wall for years and it would b so cool to let them still tell him how they feel

  • it is that true??, mary austin is living in there?, i was in freddie's house last weekend drinking some beers and listen live killers in my ipod for 2 hours, but nobody came out the house... i would like to see mary....

  • put up a memorial wall for him and let people sign it, i think tht wud b best idea.

  • lol! "r.i.p you sexy beast"

  • I want to go there!!!

  • logan place n1. london close to earls court station

  • "Who wants to live forever.... you will"

    How true.

  • I still love you Freddie...........

  • bello... sono stato a londra e maledizione nn sono andato a vedere le mura!!!!!!

  • no someone is living there now.. is not a museum or stuff like that.. u can just see the outside

  • Are you able to go inside or are the doors locked?

  • and that someone is... Freddy Mercury

  • I can't believe people are still vandalising his house! How about bringing some flowers instead?

  • what a bullshit.. writing on his wall is another way to keep him alive! to show to everybody what he meant for a lot of people.. anyway the new owner of the house deleted all the previous messages on the wall and put a special paint that doesn't permit to write anymore..

  • you are perfectly right......."writing on his wall is another way to keep him alive!"

    Freddie Mercury,.....QUEEN ROCKS

  • Does Mary still live there?

  • yes, she does

  • yer, its called Graffiti Proof Paint

  • Where is the house anyway? is it in London?

  • yes.

    chelsea,london.

  • logan place, london. close to earlscourt station.. not fuckin' chelsea

  • you didn't show my

  • auhuahuhaauh why what did u write?? maybe i didn't see or they deleted..

  • i find his death more sad then john lennon because freddie was dying and he knew it... and he was so pale, its so very sad

  • gran video...

  • That was absolutely fantastic!

  • thanks amazing so many messahes............
