  • I understand what you mean about other people taking pictures of you. I feel the same way! I would make a point of either hiding behind people or act flighty, ignoring the request for my picture to be taken by saying I really wanted to get a picture of this or that atm before it goes away.

    You have come a long way from that picture! Stay strong :)

  • I'm sorry I'm not managing to comment on your daily vlogs. I AM watching them all, but trying to catch up with everyone aswell so the comments are suffering.

    You've made me fancy a trip to the beach and it's lovely today so I might head that way when Hubby comes in :-D I'll be skipping the lemontop though.

  • awe cheer up.. the great thing is that u r changing right now. u learn from ur mistakes n u r giving it ur best shot. :) i hate taking pics too! and shopping!! but we are changing that right now. i know u are going 2 have better days. :)

  • once i can get back into the routene i'm happy with i'll be fine.. i'll be losing again and everything else falls into place.. 2day is a new day.. i can do this :D x

    find that inner self & accept yourself & love the "stronger- you" for wanting this to change and making it happen, believe in yourself! You are stronger now,

    Maybe do this

    do a reverse thought about yourself, Take as many pictures of you as you can. Use those pictures to motivate you in knowing your are making a change, each day is a new change day.Enjoy food, make healthy choices, be creative, try new foods, try new activities, write a journal, add a smile pic to each week.

  • Dont be so hard on yourself, We all have those days when are motivation goes from unbeatable to non existant in the course of an hour. We just gotta keep on pushing on.. :) you look wonderful and I love your makeup :)

    i'll have about a month with losses, all the exercise ive planned and fab eating and then a month like this.. wish i could have some months with a mix sometimes

  • I don't like having others take pictures of me either, but ya know, you are taking control of this from happening in the future. You are back in charge just like you like it.
