ask a geeky question and you'll get a geeky answer..i recorded with a canon hv30 (hd cam), then used sony vegas to brighten it up and convert to b&w...then rendered to mp4 with these settings: progressive scan, 1.000 pixel aspect ratio, 4000 kbps cbr...hope this helps...
