Can I get sick if the 5-way gets on my hands? When I was transferring the liquid to the dry vaccine, and the vaccine vial started leaking. I poked myself some way one time.

In 43 years I have had only a handful of mild allergic reactions to vaccines (rabies inclluded). Ths only thing that would prevent such a reaction (I don't know what you had) would be a prednisone pill at the time of vaccination - 1 or 2 mg. per 10 to 15 lbs. There is a new purvac rabies vaccine that is less irritating to cats that you might try but it is more expensive. Cats can get a nasty cancer from the irritation from vaccinations but not dogs.
