The case will come to conclusion 18th of Jan this year. Until then JYJ is alot like a subunit whilst Yunho and Changmin is going by TVXQ for now.  Hopefully, this clarifies things for you. @Miss6You6 jyj's dads launched cosmetic company under dbsk's name, which is against sm's contract. then jyj sued sm for "slavery" contract, like long term contract without much money(they didnt know what they were signing? =.=) and things went downhill. jyj went separate ways from sm, signed avex, but got kicked out very quickly cuz their korean company's ceo was son of famous korean gang group leader, so bad image. to sum up, jyj got greedy with money.
