@Cobra9597, yes. It's called "Train table" or something. Unlimited funds, access to all tracks, etc. No competition. It's the equivalent of setting up a model train set on a table in your garage (which is probably why it's called "Train Table")

It all comes down to what your into. You are probably more into Action games like Unreal tournament.

i know you must make a industeries railroads first before you make a railroad of passengers

Not necessarily. It really depends on where your resources lie at the beginning of the game. If you can quickly ship mail and passengers at a profit from two population centers, then do it. However, if there's some kind of production materials that you could ship for refinement that would pay faster, then do that.

Its really situational.

there is a loading screen. I should know, my computer is very slow and this games takes about 10 mins to laod a scenario
