My mom was also possessed once and the demoned in her kept her from going to church she always went to church and loved the church but that day it was different, she was so angry about going to church. until she went in and the pastor new right away she was possessed and when she was libereated she had no problem with Yahshua or Jesus and the church.

I assuming due to your hostility to the Catholic Church you are not Catholic. Most likely you are not of the Orthodox church as the thought of an image of Jesus or Mary or angels would be upsetting to you. Hence you must be some protestant denomination. God bless you

It is not a lie that catholics worship statues, if I go in the nearest church near my home it is full of statues! Also sorry to contredtict (ask a priest) the catholic church started about 300 years after Jesus and the old testament (tanach) was not put together by that church. If I asked a lady to marry me I would get down on my knee and ask her. I am not worshipping her to think otherwise is crazy. Similarly an image of Jesus or Mary directs one heart and mind towards God and heaven. I have never worshipped a statue or prayed to one in my life.

Nobody in the world, even animists, is worshiping a piece of wood or a statue. They are, like you, using it as a medium to worship something else. God has forbiden that. I dont want to argue long about that, because this is a spiritual matter that God will show you by His Spirit. God is Spirit and He wants us to worship Him in spirit and truth (john 4:23-24). there is a lot to said about this argument but I cant in a comentary. be blessed

Brother it is one thing looking at an image of say a dogs head and worshipping and qute another looking at an image of JESUS CHRIST lord and master and using this to worship a false image. For me that is lunacy no offence brother. Remeber scripture says 'graven image' not 'holy image'. God also told Moses to put images of angels on the ARK and make an image of a snake so isralites would not get bitten.

I never said that holy images are evil. I gave the reference in the Bible Exodus 20:4-5. You are supposing a lot of things that INEVER SAID or think.
