  • Great video, and yes it is a common behavior of young or late feeding sharks from the night before that may have been bullied away from larger sharks so this was this sharks first opportunity to search for small crustaceans and arthropods to eat.

  • not a common behavior?

  • it might bite off ur toes

  • it doesnt look like a lemon shark, it's not yellow! looks like a reefer to me! Actually it looks like a black tip, check out his tail!

  • black tips are usually found in deeper water though

  • @0ViXeN0 Really its a Lemon shark, juvenile lemon sharks have blacktips at many times, and sand like color, also you can see the second dorsal fin its large, even like the first, im marine biologist, and work with sharks in a first conservation program Dominican Republic, where the shark population have severe problems due overfishing, here the people its so destructive that if they see a baby shark like this one in a beach, they will kill it, because the dominican its a truly destructive people

  • it's similar but it is not nurse shark (Gynglimostoma cirratum) it 's a lemon shark (Negaprion brevirostris)

  • where in Jamaica was this?

  • @0ViXeN0 whitehouse!
