@nanakii85 I had the same issue, you have to walk to the edge of the boat where the red chest is to be able to see the green barrel. It's just too far away to load if you don't.

I found this on my own accidentally, and i dont recall shooting that green barrel way off on the pile of trash. I was showing some1 the "on a boat" achievement and was f'n around shooting the barrels, so i dont think u have to shoot them in a particular order, or maybe i just coincidentally shot them in the right order, but im 99.999% sure i didnt shoot that green barrel on the pile of trash.

You know you can just jump onto where that red chest was to your left and get there much quicker. Jump on the fridge-looking thing and then onto where the wire rope is on the wall, then you can easily jump onto the platform where the red chest is.
