  • i heard about this event on my tour at san fran roday and i was wondering wouldnt it be scary because they said there have been shark attacks in the bay.

  • My daughter, Nicole Forlano was one of the athletes competing in Sunday's event! She did a tremendous job for her first Alcatraz - finishing in 3 hours 8 minutes ... I am so proud of her and of all the triathletes...you all are amazing! Mary Forlano
