  • What a shame video, all your pilots are from Ukraine and this video is copied from Russian website. You can clearly see all of the flying aircraft don't have the Eritrean flag on them. hahhahah poor desperate Shaboos, now most of your planes are rusting in the Badme sands. We'll send you some pics soon, ahhahaha

  • @OperationSunset Do you know what means self reliance? Our pilots are included in that term too. Unlike you a******* that your pilots are Russians, your land is owned by Saudis and Indians, your country is half owned by China and finally your soul is owned by US!

  • @danmenification For Eritrea to purchase a missle that's the whole economy for a year. Eritreans would have to starve day and night just to afford one missle for their airplanes. Too bad now that Gaddafi is gone, you won't be getting any more equipment starving hamasen donkey. Eritrea lost badme and other territories. VIVA ETHIOPIA! death to air-trea

  • All we Eritreans know for sure is,if you bomb any part of Eritrea we will bomb you.Long live our air force they know what it feels to be bombed more than any body in this world.

  • why does he keep saying somali?

  • you know that they're not Eritreans aircraft, you'll not last for more than 24 hours if you try to play the game with the Ethiopian army

  • @mrsamiiiiiiii Haven't we heard that before? We are still alive and kicking. More equipped with better airplanes and outlasted you for more than 40 years!

  • BTW, none of these are available with the Eritrean airforce now!!!

since all of them are burned to ash on the air............... "thats what the Ethiopians do! BURN YOUR ASS OF THE AIR AND OF THE GROUND" chickens!!!

  • Cool 1970s funk music. How those migs doen ?

  • Dude, the pics you post in your vid in the beginning of the is Mig 29, not Sukhoi-27

  • Comment removed

  • Eritrea does not have qualification even for the effective use of any modern airplanes. Use of Su-27 it is very expensive pleasure. Eritrea can not to have qualification pilots. Modern airplanes former in the use do not have the modern radio electronic equipment. Eritrea has very expensive toys, SU-27 becomes only a corps with wings. Eritrea can not to have any modern armaments for Su-27.

  • Any one can dream. Dreams on Lying Banbda Eritros. Feed your people first.

  • all the secenes are shot in russia lool

  • The Liberation Tigers of Eritrea go on way Savimbi. it is fact! They have a fatal diagnosis, political impotence to have a compromise with Ethiopia, the problem of demarcation of border becomes the process of diminishing of the territory controlled by separatists. We know about financial bankruptcy of Eritrea. We know facts of collaboration of Eritrea with international terrorists. Eritrea to be base for pirates, it is necessary marine blockade for Eritrea (Now has international prohibitions).

  • @Sergeyspb2009

THIS IS THE ERITREA YOUR MOTHER NEVER TOLD YOU ABOUT.

"By logic, the Nation of Eritrea should not exist. The independence fighters were outmanned, outgunned, abandoned or betrayed by every ally, ought never to have defeated Ethiopia in their 30 yrs long struggle. Their cause was hopeless. They won by force of character, a unity and determination so steely not all the modern armaments, super power support or economic superiority of Ethiopia could withstand it".

  • @BahreNeGash Eritrea's megalomania, so you can not understand as understanding of sense and logic is priority quality of any man, but you prefer satisfaction of passions and desires to become a nationalistic animals. Your Hitler already tried to convert people in nazi's animals. The children of the military engineer Dostoevsky and grandchildren of an officer is an artilleryman of Tolstoy will disagree with you. Problem of demilitarization of Eritrea can have the decision against your desires.

  • @Sergeyspb2009

    RUSSIANS SURRENDER TO ERITREA.

    Battle of Afabet

    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"Once the Ethiopian troops were routed in Hedai Valley, the EPLF stormed and captured Afabet. As the town was a major garrison the EPLF also captured a large cache of weapons in addition to those captured in the valley.

"Another important consequence was the capture of three Soviet military advisers (a fourth was killed in combat)".

  • @BahreNeGash it not is important, but you become similar to the government of apartheid of having paranoid that demonstrating the lost of Russian military advisers and so being afraid of the Russian non-commission officer in a captivity that even placed the Russian prisoner of war in prison on the Рobben island together with Nelson Мandela. Any war must have an end (even for desert), Eritrea must to have demilitarization, any opponent of Eritrea's demilitarization does not have right to exist.

  • @Sergeyspb2009

Why did the Russians run away from Eritrea & Afghanistan?

  • @BahreNeGash The Russian army did not visit the Eritrea, Do you have the symptoms of megalomania or imitate Goebbels?

  • @Sergeyspb2009

Do you want to find out about Russian Army in Eritrea?

    Follow this link,,,

File:Eritrean Independence War.gif - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    Description, Eritrean Independence War.gif.

"Another important consequence was the capture of three Soviet military advisers (a fourth was killed in combat)".

  • @BahreNeGash Do you prefer demonstrate obvious the symptoms of megalomania because the Russian army did not have the visit to Eritrea? it is impossible to see an army. So the Russian military advisers and volunteers could even adopted in fates in the battle near Adwa, but the Russian army could not to be present. The Russian military advisers could to be only in army of Menelik II, but we can to know to talk about the army of Eritrea's betrayers in the Italian army. Do you feel compunction?

  • all ukrenian pilots no eritrean pilots, the videos are not Eritrean its Russian videos shot in Russian and UKrenia lool poor desperate Eritreans lol picking foreign videos

  • Those Eritrean airforce pilots grew in the mountains of SAHLE bieng bomborded day & night as kids. But now they have a fighting chance to pay back any one who dare to violet the air space of ERITREA.

  • I think, Repair parts and metrology service, it is necessary to be used for pressure if Eritrea does not want to have brotherly compromise with Ethiopia

  • primitive nationalism can not to understand about own degradation by reason of poliсу of confrontation with Ethiopia. Eritrea is unadequate, Eritrea can not be equal to Abissinia in principle, Eritrea must to stop the policy of confrontation and to return port Asaba to Abissinia, if Eritrea want to have normal life. Why Eritrea want to have Air Forse if can not to have normal life for all people?

  • u can fuck ur self that will more easier than getting bck Assab port Dear Wayane... we eritrean does not even single piciece of soil from our beloved mother land. getting back Assab or any part is a day dream of Wayane..... so my sincere advice to u is that stop dream .

  • psss, usa must had wet its pants

  • our SU 27 dont have Thrust Vectoring as shown in 1:13 - 1:20, i have personally seen them, they converge at the sametime for a venturi effect but operate in sync. So no crazy "cobra" maneuvers. yet atleast ...Deuces

  • Simple question - how often does an Eritrean get in one of these Soviet wrecks and go anywhere ? Having seen Asmara airport last week not very often one suspects.

  • Did you photo shop those 4 planes flying in diamond form just above the people in the stadium? Let me tell you why that picture is fake.(I am not saying Eritrea doesn't have Su-27) It is because planes, especially Fighter jets are not allowed, i repeat, not allowed to fly like that on top of spectators at a short height. If you want the technical reasoning you could look it up on the internet because, i wouldn't have enough place to explain it here.

  • THOSE ARE MIG 29'S, NOT SU-27'S@mtakwg

  • @gabriellogan27 nop you are wrong my friend. That is an Su 27 fighter jet. First of all su 27s have distinct color with is the blue ranger. Second, that is shaped like the su 27. I should know this cause i am currently a senior in aerospace engineering.

  • @mtakwg Please explain it, since I see something similar very often. You'r talking BS.

  • @BlackChrome2020 excuse me? If u have something to ask please do it in an orderly fashion.

  • VIVA AR-trea VIVA ASS-mara

    BRAVO!

  • Your comment is marked as Spam because its off the topic of the video. How about you come at me with an original point that isnt fabricated on lies because 1. I am Catholic (u fucking twat) 2. Why are there Scots and Welshmen still part of the union and fighting for GB? The Scots even have their own independance party. 3. Im not denying some things like murder by Englishmen in uniting the UK but I didnt take part in that. Im not 700 years old why should I take responsibility if ancestors did it?

  • "By logic, the Nation of Eritrea should not exist. The secessionist province's independence fighters ought never to have defeated Ethiopia in their 30-year-long struggle. They were outmanned, outgunned, abandoned or betrayed by every ally; their cause was hopeless. They won by force of character, a unity and determination so steely not all the modern armaments, super power support or economic superiority of Ethiopia withstand it.

    Time Megazine

    ERITREA ALWAYS DEFEATS ALL ODDS.

  • Uve already said this. No one is disagreeing with some of these statements.

  • Nice song. Pitty you need that stuff though. Billions just to buy all that stuff let alone maintain it. I thought a healthcare system would have been a better investment? Its also funney how Ethiopia has to hold borders with Somalia and you yet has a smaller budget and man-power. Not that it cant change that. But at least it realises the army isnt everything.

  • Lordy, I don't know why ANY limey English would be obsessed with Eritrean videos.

But an English bastard who have been accustomed to slaughtering Irish Catholics, Wales & Scots in the name of UNITED KINGDOM for 700 years or backstabbing the Red Indians of America & Aborigines of Australia for centuries, you have NO moral ground to even open your stinking mouth against Eritreans.

This world is sick & tired of English suckers of your kind, therefore, no one is taking you seriously.

  • Yeah and thats why we got the permanent membership to the UN and you get the sanctions? Thats why we arnt involved in a civil war (yes you are Bahre). I think your on your third now. Aprox 64 dead soldiers.

Now its gone from drunken Irish man to limey English. You seem quite intrested to know our history.

Also I have met unfourtunatly loads of Eritreans who simply cant say a bad thing about their country or leader. You cant even recognize what some people did for you.

  • Lordy,

Eritreans forced the limey English & the rest of world to succumb to Eritrean will power, to recognize & accept FREE ERITREA, an independent nation.

The 700 years of betrayal, backstabbing & genocide of Irish catholics, Scots, Wales, American Indians & Australian Aborigines by the limey English, has thought the world a hard lesson, TO NEVER TRUST THE LIMEY ENGLISH.

Therefore, no matter how hard you bark like rabid dog, no one is being fooled with your crocodile tears.

  • The UN was founded by the victorious 5 superpowers of World War II. They are the only permanent members of the UN (Security Council) and can thus Veto (cancel) any decision there. Their seats are/were based on might alone. Here's how these 5 countries got their might: China is/was one state with 25% of the world population. Russia is/was about 25% of our planet's land area/resources.

USA, founded on genocide, prospered through slavery. France and the UK were similarly colonial empires.

  • True the US was started up the wrong way but say to an American back then that they were genocidal maniachs (1945) and they kick your head in. They at least partialy made up for that by beating up the Nazis. We all know how the UN was formed yet what did the rest of the world do to stop ww3? No your leader wants to fight off the Ethiopians. He even denied the UN peacekeepers (they werent western nation) fuel to keep on the border.

  • @Lordangers my point is the ones with the greatest might (like USA or UK) do what they like and what fits them with no regard to what is "democratic, justice, bla bla bla". They did not make up for that. They still do it. I don't like Eritrea's leader because of how he treats Eritreans. But if he wants to fight off Ethiopians from Eritrean land, why is that wrong? The UN did not make the Ethiopians leave, for 5 years they had all the fuel they wanted and they did nothing. Whose fault is that?

  • Excuse me UK is not involved in Somalia's civil war? LOL! That is a big joke. The US and UK are involved big time "secretly" gun-running one side of the conflict (the one which Ethiopia is on too, as a mercenary of the US and UK). But nobody can fire the bosses of UN:) That is why they can decide which side is the right side and which side is the wrong side, who is a proper "government" and who is "terrorist":-)

  • I agree with the terrorist thing. Any1 who dosent like the said country can be labled a terroist. Which is bad.

Though the Americans say that you are gun-running in Somalia. Thats why they gave u the sanctions. I believe the US more because ur main objective is to destract and drain Ethiopian equipment and manpower to the Ogaden. The US send weapons into Somalia true but thats for the TFG. u know the democratic 1 (the UN willmoniter elctions if TFG in power).

  • US supports Ethiopia against Al queda not so much your country. It dosent like you to much because you have attacked Yemen, Djbouti and Ethiopia. Three of your neighbours. But their main concern is Al-queda in Somalia and other extremists groups.

  • @Lordangers Eritrea never attacked Ethiopia. Ethiopia attacked Eritrea and forcefully occupied Eritrean land...The two countries went to international court, which surprisingly ruled in Eritrea's favor, admitting that Ethiopia actually had taken Eritrean land. The border was drawn. Ethiopia is still occupying Eritrean land. But because Ethiopia is with the US and UK, they can do what they want, even break international law.

  • Well the UN are harly going to en-force a ruling that favours the agressors that they also agreed was you. Also how could they enforce it? Lay sanctions on the side that were attacked first?

  • @Lordangers Yes the UN are hardly going to enforce their own ruling, they will even contradict it with another ruling, after all the UN is a joke played by the superpowers who run it. Tell me if the ruling says the land belongs to Eritrea and Eritrea took it back in the beginning, how is Eritrea the aggressor? Were we stealing our own land? If sanctions were applied according to what is right, the first to be sanctioned would be USA and UK rofl.

  • Yep the UN is so much of a joke because it contradicts your leader. The land may belong to the Eritreans but the people who live there now and who have lived there for a long time say they would rather fight to be Ethiopian. Isnt it about the people there rather then a governments wishes as to where someone should live and whos rules they should choose to follow. They tried to enforce ruling by putting troops on the border but you sent them away so why should they help you when u didnt help them

  • @Lordangers you mean the people that live illegally on Eritrean land since 2000? What about those Eritreans who lived there before 2000, who got kicked out by Ethiopia and now are refugees in their own land? Did you ask them? It was not

our leader who said: "The land may be Eritrean but Eritrea is the agressor...on its own land". The UN did. Blame Isais for what he did, there is plenty, no need to invent lies.

  • Well the war was the real reason those people became refugees. They could hardly sit in their homes whilst you guys fired bombs all around them. So what if its on its on land? You fought a fucking war that killed hundreds of thousands in the space of 2 years (that tops afghan and Iraq) for a bunch of villages in the desert. Yet at least Zeragito you admit that you are the agressor, you dont have democracy. For that ill try not to swear so much. First Eritrean I heard say that.

  • @Lordangers I did not say Eritrea was the agressor, I said Eritrea was taking back its own land so it could not be an agressor on itself (the UN contradiction). I may not like our government but when it comes to our land, they were right.

  • @Lordangers The Ethiopians came at us in the hundreds of thousands in human waves and we gunned them down before having to retreat under duress, what else were we supposed to do? They kicked our people from their land (which the UN admitted was ours...before calling us agressors, on our own land). Ethiopia settled our land with their own people since 2000 and you are defending them.

  • @Lordangers UN troops watched Ethiopia occupy and resettle Eritrean land for 5 years. How did they try to enforce their own ruling? By Whispering?

  • Your right there. They should have put sanctions on Ethiopia similar to those on your country. But then if you had just let them stay there then may be no more fighting was nessasery and talks could carry on.

  • @Lordangers talks for how long? Like Israel and Palestine? LOL.

  • Thats different. Thats based on religeon and personally I think Israel is a bit of dick with its "settlements" and certain "defensive policies" but another video for that. Also the Israel Palestine talks are a lot better because much fewer people get hurt. The last great war between these two sides was in the 70s. Now the main nations are talking and not fighting.

  • @Lordangers the talks between Israel and Palestine are not better, Palestine is not even a country, they cannot travel from one side of their land to another. Half of their people live as refugees in foreign countries and can never return. Fewer people may die, but don't tell me they don't get hurt living for generations with no rights, under terror both from their own regime and the Israelis.

  • Yep and im not even talking about that. No one hear is saying anything about the Israelies. Im not going to talk shit about those places. Its a pitty yes Palestine cant get what they want and most people recognize that its the UK (expecially) and other nations who put the Jews there in the first place even after what the Palestinians did for us in the first world war especially. But theres no point looking back and they realise that by blaming each other they get no where or fighting

  • @Lordangers I don't care about Israel and Palestine, my point was that talking got them nowhere since there is no third party to enforce proper justice, just the same old manipulative USA/UK furthering their interests at people's expense. Kinda like Ethiopia and Eritrea.

  • Why dont you be their mediator then if your so good? China dosent want it. No one wants it. Wheres your positive contribution to the world?

  • brought peace to sudan east south and recentley darfur

  • @Lordangers Eritrea used to fight Al Qaeda and any islamic terrorists in the region, together with USA. Most Somalis never really cared before. There were some Al Qaeda individuals sniffing around in Somalia but they could have been easily picked out and removed. USA as usual went overkill, built-up Ethiopia to invade Somalia to get rid of Al Qaeda's ghost. This makes Al Qaeda popular among Somalis for good reason. Dumb bumble-fckwitted superpower this America.

  • Lol you dont know what America did for you do you? When you seperated from Ethiopia, Ethiopia wanted to use food against your nation. The Americans stopped this and allowed food aid agencies in. Yeah America makes mistakes but it was the only one with balls to directly oppose Al Queda & now look. Its biggest bombing problems comes from Al queda. As a super power they could have just let Al queda take fucked up countries.

  • @Lordangers where do you get your American fairy tales from? When we separated from Ethiopia, we had two ports and 1200 Km coastline unlike the landlocked Ethiopia. Why would we need America, to beg Ethiopia to give us food? It makes no sense, I don't even think the stupid Americans are as retarded as you are or know what you're yapping about:)

  • Your main trade partner was Ethiopia. Ethiopia at that time still had a navy and you had nothing. It pretty much still owned your waters. I cant find the article at the moment but the Americans still allowed the aid in. Also most of your aid comes from EU. 77 $mill in 99 and its bound to have gone up. In the brief war with Ethiopia you lost 225 $mill on live stock and your GDP fell by 1 percent. Thats how much you needed Ethiopia. Also hope the embargo helps ;D

  • @Lordangers where did landlocked Ethiopia keep their navy after Eritrea's independence? In the mountain? Which way did America allow aid from starving landlocked Ethiopia to our two ports on the Red Sea? Via space? Are you sure you're not looking for a comic book not

article? Eritrea lost more than cows in the war with Ethiopia, that's coz they bombed us, we were at war ya know? LOL! So no we do not need more "trade" (bullets and missiles) from Ethiopia, we need peace and to be left alone.

  • Djbouti and Yemen. You dont need a sea to do trade so Ethiopia is connected to Somalia (which was good at the time of your civil war) or Kenya. Both have large amounts of ports and both were American friendly. Yeah they bombed you but without you able to afford to feed the cattle without being able to sell them they simply died. You were at war ya know. LOL! Actually most of your arms comes from Iran at the moment. Ethiopia was your biggest agricultural tradeing country before the war.

  • @Lordangers lol u really know nothing about this region do you? At the time of our civil war, Ethiopia and Somalia were also enemies, Eritrean rebels used to get support from the Somalis. Ethiopia was our biggest source of agricultural IMPORTS, not exports. I mean even the Ethiopians are laughing at you now, do you think Ethiopia bought beef from us?! Our biggest lost in trade with Ethiopia was the port fees they used to pay us, coz they landlocked:) It's ok, now we know to be INDEPENDENT.

  • later on in your civil war things in Somalia picked up before Siad got kicked out. Local Ethiopian farmers near the border requiered both to import and export agricultural produce. The biggest loss of trade is when you attacked your neighbours. Your port (you only really have one good one that can support large ships) now adays is used to export prisoners off to and island off your coast. I showed Bahre the video of it. He didnt seem to disagree at all.

  • @Lordangers I think you imagine yourself well-informed but the more you speak the dumber you look. The fact that our ports lost Ethiopian trade is not a terrible thing to us, considering they were meant for us, not Ethiopia. What we do with them is our problem. But I'm glad we graduated from exporting cows to Ethiopian border villages, to exporting our prisoners to islands lol... according to your film script:)

  • Like I said local trade. Your ports yes were used to export and import stuff into Ethiopia and we all know its a major loss. They were built for ethiopia not for you. You may have changed them to your fancy. Also I didnt make the vid and if its so funney why dont you go and have a good laugh and look at it. May be you can talk to them and get a free ride there by having an anti-government demonstration .May be youll also find out why you never have any demonstrations.

  • @Lordangers your guess-work is miles off. Learn: the port of Assab was built as a refueling depot and transhipment centre (mainly for port-to-port shipping) by the Italians. The port of Massawa was built to serve the colony of Eritrea. There has never been a modern port built with Ethiopia in mind, ever. Not even Djibouti was built with Ethiopia in mind. France built it as a colonial naval base. A purpose it serves to this very day. The connection to Ethiopia was merely a bonus.

  • @Lordangers By the way, if most of our arms come from Iran, it's because we have no choice, YOU put us under sanctions remember? See how your shortsightedness provokes more shit than it fixes?

  • Well yes thats what an arms embargo is for. To stop people getting arms and listen to resoloutions. You could have simply listened, let go of those villages in the sand and got all your weapons from who ever but now you must resort to Iran. I doubt they care much for reliablity when they are probebly going to be the most conveniant supplier to you.

  • @Lordangers Eritrea does not exactly rely on traditional channels to import arms, they are rebels, they have options:) The option to follow the resolution authored by the USA and UK basically said to Eritrea: let go of your insignificant land and give it to Ethiopia. You have agressed Ethiopia, on Eritrean land:) I am sure you can understand why that does not go down well with a country that just came out of fighting 30 years for its land's sovereignity.

  • Yeah yeah but you still attacked. Just cause you kill someone in your own home dosent make it right. If they were stealing you have the right to stop them but killing them is insane. Well I dont know how much you value material wealth.

  • @Lordangers you value material wealth a lot obviously since you're a nation that goes far beyond your house to butcher people just to have their oil...Much like the UN/K/S's your arbitrary judgement has no ethical coherence whatsoever. The only coherence is that if it benefits you, it is good and/or can be made to look good:) But if it challenges or contradicts you, then it is bad, or can be made to look bad or much worse than it is:) Your "values" can be summarized as: hypocrisy.

  • @Lordangers I honestly don't think Ethiopia has ever used Kenyan ports to any significant extent. It was too far away. Ethiopia of course had hostilities with Sudan also, which is why Sudan also supported us during our civil war at some time, so they wouldn't have used their ports either:) Aside from the ports of Eritrea, Ethiopia has only ever used Djibouti's port before. It is only now that they scrambling to improve the roads to Sudan, Kenya, Somaliland et.c. They need other options lol:)

  • I said somalia didnt I. Not Sudan. Also whats wrong with the ports of Kenya, Somaliland and Sudan. Why do they need other options? Somaliland, Kenya and Sudan have bigger ports then yours and Somaliland is probebly almost as conveniant as yours.

  • @Lordangers You stated Ethiopia used Somali and Kenyan ports during our civil war. Neither Somalia nor Sudan never let Ethiopia near their ports since both were hostile towards Ethiopia. The only ports Ethiopia ever used beside ours were Djiboutis. Since the last war (1998), the landlocked Ethiopians have been slowly developing other options (like Sudan, Somaliland and Kenya). That's what I was trying to say. Get it? Cure your ignorance and inform yourself a little kid.

  • no I didnt say they did. I said they were options and could or might be used to replace your ports. Also you just said that Ethiopia did not use Djboutis. Ive been saying they should use Sudanease Somaliland and Kenyan ports. Youve been saying that your ports are better suited for them and now they are scrambling for news ones.

  • @Lordangers no you actually said Ethiopia used the ports of Somalia and Kenya during our civil war, it's still there:) But evidently your "I never said that" and then repeating my correction as your own words...is your way of saying "my bad, you're right" :)

  • They used Djboutis port to store ships after they lost their ports. It was the closest stable region to them at the time that had ports. Also Kenya is right next to Ethiopia. Therefore local buisnesses within about 50-100km of the border could do well from Kenyan ports. They may not be as comfy as the Eritrean ports but they are all they are pretty much as good. people on the west side of ethiopia probebly didnt rely on ports in the first place.

  • @Lordangers what Ethiopia does with their boats, trade and/or which ports they will use now that Eritrea's are off limits, is really for them to figure out. It is of no consequence to Eritrea at all.

  • @Lordangers the embargo is already helping in more ways than you can imagine:)

  • Well Im glad you can see a positive about it. Cause most people are complaing and calling the Americans shit heads like you. But of coarse there would be no reason for that if the embargo was helping you.

  • @Lordangers USA themselves built the Talibans (Al Qaeda's protectors) to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan in the 80s, they built Saddam to fight Iran at the same time. Now that came back to bite them in the ass, so they are making a bigger mess trying to clean up their old mess. Eritrea wants nothing from Yemen or Djibouti, border skirmishes are normal. Eritrea and Yemen have fully normalized relations. Djibouti is just doing what USA is telling it to do (instigating shit).

  • Most of the talibans weapons were defunct by 2001. Also they cant predict the future and it was more ironic that they supported those places. The Soviots had a shit time and Iran was taught a lesson that it wasnt liked much. Also most of Saddams weapons were destroyed in the 91 gulf war and they would have been long outdated by 03. If they hadnt supported saddam then some1 like NKorea would. u think border skirmishes are normal? People die all 4 land. Yemen has no choice & Djbouti wnt back land

  • @Lordangers if you think weapons expire in a decade you're an idiot:) This is about why the UK and USA create monsters like Al Qaeda, the Talibans, Saddam Hussein and now Ethiopia to do your dirty work. You may not see the future but you don't expect the future to be bright by creating monsters, at least own up to that asshole.

You accuse us of attacking our neighbors yet you colonized, enslaved and destroyed

continents. Your best excuse to arm Saddam was you were competing with North Korea...

  • No we werent competing with NK we were competing with China and Russia. After the gulf war those countries rushed in to help Saddam back on his feet. Weapons that were old before handed out and expieriance heavy constant (afghan war dick) action will wear out long before then which is why the taliban have no more portable sams. Want to know why we lost a lot less helicopters then the soviots, thats why. They also ran out of munitions. Rifles stay around a while yes but the proper equip dosent.

  • @Lordangers well you mentioned North Korea, not I. If the Chinese and Russians go around the world creating monsters like Saddam, shouldn't you be containing them rather than trying to compete with them? You created the mess and you're making a bigger mess trying to clean it up, in the mean time millions are dying and you have the audacity to bitch about our border issues.

  • The russians did help allow monsters. They kept the Somali guy in till 91. They supported Ethiopias old monarch. Youll notice most of your heavy equip is Soviot. They also supported the North Viatnamese and arnt being to cooperative with Norther Korea. China has been helping North Korea for decades. It supported them in the korean war and has been their only ally. It is the only one supplying arms to Zimbabwe. Soviot union equip is almost all third world armies. Libya and the likes.

  • @Lordangers so if the russians help monsters, you have to help monsters too? Before the russians helped the guy in Somalia...USA did the same thing lol. Then they swapped sides in Ethiopia too,

you guys helped the Emperor and they helped the mad dog Mengistu, both great monsters (Emperor was a lil better). Our weapons are soviet because Ethiopias weapons were soviet, we captured most of our weapons from Ethiopia;) You did not want to help us so...

  • No Russia first. America gave small amounts of support against the russian backed ethiopian government in the Ogaden war.

If we helped the Emperorer and it affected you so bad where all the American and European tech? Nope cant see any.

  • @Lordangers "Nope can't see any":) Are you currently on site looking for US/Eur tech from the 40s to 70s in Eritrea/Ethiopia as evidence of their presence? What is your "nope can't see any" judgement based on exactly? That was a rhetorical question highlighting the self-important stupidity of your statement. Learn: From 1943 to 1977, the British followed by US military had a huge military base called Kagnew Station in Eritrea. Over 5000 US soldiers were constantly stationed there.

  • No Im not but Im sure there would be scrap of evidence saying that you are still in posession of some weapons. Not to mention I did say that America was supporting Ethiopia before they went to Somalia after Ethiopia chose Marxism. Not to mention that just cause soldiers were stationed there dosent mean that they got a discount on weapons. Look at djibouti. Its got French equip but thts cose they got nice ties not American stuff even though the American base is expanding. Show me ur western equip

  • "Show me your western equip", this is a donkey (you) coming AFTER the cart, i.e. a question coming AFTER an assumption lol. "Discount on weapons, nice ties...". You must be an expert rofl! A little while ago you were saying that neither Saddam nor the Talibans would have any western weapons left from the 80's because those would have "expired" lol. Now you are looking for arms from the 40s to 70s as evidence of western military aid to Ethiopia. Consistency must be so hard for you:)

  • finnaly it seems u get the point. i was saying how the west dose not suuport ethiopia that much. If it had then it would have helped maintain some of its stuff like mbts which a lot of soviot stuff from the 70s has. Now I could use a shitty saying like that donkey and cart thing but I dont think I need to make you any more confused. You seem to not know what we are even arguing over any more

  • I get the point, but then I do not know what we are arguing about anymore:) Here is the famous British consistency again:) Calling you a donkey is at most an insult to donkeys. Back to your lesson, focus: Ethiopia's entire weapons arsenal from the 19th century until the late 1970s, was EXCLUSIVELY western.

  • Ethiopia went communist from 1974 to 1991, exchanging western arms for Soviet ones. The west has come back to Ethiopia's aid since 1991, but the US and UK give Ethiopia cash for cheap arms from China and Russia rather than expensive British and American arms, in order to get more 'bang' for their buck:) Ethiopia even bought North Korean missiles with US/UK aid money, in 2007, in violation of US/UK sanctions lol:) The US/UK didn't mind, they have a flexible stance towards consistency:)

  • Ok you called my comment a lie when I told you about the aid thing after your independance. So now wheres your proof? I wouldnt be holly surprised but I dont see why they would fund NK missile programs by paying for them? Why not buy Russian, Chinease or Israeli rockets or some other country that is may be more pro-American? Somewhere where they can see a return?

  • @Lordangers Why don't you ask the Americans and the British lol? Especially sinc they slapped sanctions on North Korea:):) See sometimes reality is not what you and your assumptive pea-brain thinks is likely.

  • Show me where you got this from? Why should I ask them when you are making the allegations?

  • Ethiopia does buy mostly Russian, Chinese (and Israeli) weapons...with US and UK aid money, as I said below, can you read? They also bought North Korean missiles in 2007:)

  • Yes but you didnt say Israeli and you didnt say other more pro-American countries. You also havent shown any proof of NK missiles

  • Well u dont seem to get the point because you made another sterotype of me that is may be false. May be I should call u a blood-thirsty Eritrean fanatic. You know relate you to your country. We were arguing how the west is having so much affect on how Ethiopia has the strength to annoy you.

  • No you still dont get the point because we are arguing over how Ethiopia has the military strength to annoy you today. They had f-5s a while ago but surely if the Americans were still funding them they would be able to keep their old stuff up and running. They kept the Mig 21s so why not keep a similar jet that is the same fighter generation (infact some MIg 21 varients are 2nd gen). Also you seem to be consistant in sterotyping so Ill have a go. You are a single-minded, blood-thirsty Eritrean:)

  • Oh I don't get the point? But two posts back you said I did...make up your mind will you, or are you allergic to that? You said the Talibans could not use 80s weapons "coz they expired" and now you are saying Ethiopia should be able to keep 60s and 70s weapons up and running? ROFL. I don't think I am single-minded compared to you and my appetite for blood is limited to black-pudding lol, but Eritrean? I stand guilty as charged:)

  • Im not saying their weapons are working. They could if they has the Americans giving them the munitions or enough money to buy the stuff. You fucking prick (sorry Eritrean my bad). You try making SAM munitions I dont think ur country has the technology for it. Well I suppose it will use all that survival instinct that you Eritreans continue to show. Otherwise known as scavenging but at the end of the day who cares.

  • Ok I'm just going to quote you: "Im not saying their weapons are working. They could if they has the Americans giving them the munitions or enough money to buy the stuff" LOL. Contradict yourself much? Even your grammar is incoherent,

you just seem plain stupid and seem a little irritated for having that pointed out to you:) Don't worry we will survive without you lol. Who cares? It seems you do, a great deal judging by your many moronic posts on the topic.

  • Oh yes and you trolling around here with your eritrean buddies with your ability to contradict everything you see as negative to Eritrea. You though were to be fair the only one who seemed to make some submission.

I dont give a crap bout my spelling. Here it dosent matter. If its not understandable tough. I wont break down il simply let u struggle. And how am I contradicting myself? They are not having a big effect on your country because they are not resupplying Ethiopia with munitions 4 arms

  • I thought you already agreed that Ethiopia is getting western aid in the form of cash not arms, since it's more cost-effective...

Now you're back to denying it? Oh well, your poor grammar is after all just a clear reflection of your total lack of coherence, common sense and logic. You're the one struggling here ya lil troll:-)

  • I just said they are NOT supplying munitions and spare parts to Ethiopia! Where dose that incline that they are? Do you just walk into every argument without reading what is in front of you? You seem to be happy with my logic that you are willing to reply to every comment. Of coarse sorry you are trying to help me, how silly of me ;p

Also you still havent shown me where you got that funney idea of Britain letting Ethiopia buy missles from them? Talk about logic hey

  • U need help to speak your own language for starts:) You're entangled backtracking in your own sh*t:) 1st u deny any western

arms supply to Ethiopia in the 60s and

70s by giving examples of how those very arms you denied, would still be in use if the west supplied munitions and spare-parts lol. Then u deny the west has been giving Ethiopia cash for arms imports...by claiming Ethiopia only uses western aid to buy arms from west-friendly countries rofl! DUMB.

  • So your still going on about how I type. Cool i hope its confusing u. I dont deny Ethiopia has been given cash for arms. I am saying how you havent shown me any proof of Ethiopia getting NK missiles with western money? And yes I would say America would prefer it if Ethiopia bought off say....... NATO members. I dont know its an idea that would make more sense then your IDEA of them buying off countries they want to force into economic submission. As you are yet to say where u get ur ideas from

  • test

  • I have posted links to NY Times, Harper's Magazine, Reuter and Global Policy's website regarding the North Koream shipment of arms to Ethiopia in 2007 with US approval, during a time when the UN Security Council has North Korea under sanctions. For some weird reason, youtube blocks links...I have commented on your channel instead...

  • Ok but I cant find the comments. I didnt delete them. If you want you can replace the dots used for the website adress (direct link if u wouldnt mind plz) with something like * or - and anyone who wants to view them can change it to dots when they type it in

  • OK, here goes:

    zzz*nytimes*com/2007/04/08/world/americas/08iht-arms*4*5191534*html

    zzz*globalpolicy*org/component/content/article/202/42436*html

    zzz*harpers*org/archive/2007/04/horton-ethiopia-and-north-korea

  • there's no space in the last link between ko and rea, it's just korea (typo). Replace with zzz with the abbreviation for world wide web and the * with . of course. This is as late as 2007 by the way, not during the cold war.

  • Ok thnx for showing them. I promise you I didnt delete them on my page and they seem good enough. But this is US policy. I really dont understand why he dose it (Bush). The only explanation it gives is that they cant change suppliers overnight which to me sounds like bull. Again thnx for showing me srry bout tht but you must understand how crazy it is to supply a third-world country with a country you are trying to force out of nuclear tech. Real bad move by US (and whoever else).

  • This has been western policy since time immemorial (realpolitik). This is not a "US" or "Bush" or "Blair" thing, this is western policy 101. UN resolutions are jokes and so is the UN. Might is right and whoever is with the mighty can do what they want. Ethiopia can, Israel can, Saudi Arabia can...and the "free" western media can make them look good (or not so bad) while doing it.

  • Oh and I saw that you deleted those posts:) Truth hurts huh? How weak. But if you google 'Ethiopia buys North Korean missiles', well NY Times, Reuters, Harper's and Global Policy...they'll all confirm it happened as late as 2007, with US approval, in spite of North Korea being under UN sanctions...:)

  • @Lordangers. FYI Yemen and Eritrea went to court and both agreed to settle their dispute (Yemen actually won the most land), they had a choice. Eritrea is not occupying an inch of Djiboutian land and they know it, they are just being told to mess with us by USA and NATO so they can have an excuse to attack us. Not all of us are happy with Eritrea's despotic

government's domestic policy, but we're happy to be free from colonialists and their beggar proxy-monster Ethiopia.

  • Oh yes thats why Djbouti had a border conflict with your guys right? They just lost 50 men in a car accident and your 100 came from rebels right? Thats why you got tanks and stuff inside their border? They just let you didnt they? All of Africa is free from Colonialism (a few islands but they have no complaints after seeing what has happened to countries like Eritrea). Yemen got troops killed because of your attack. Who cares if they got land back to "compensate" may be that is ok in ur country

  • @Lordangers rofl you bomb entire countries to the stone age and millions are dying by your wars and you are bitch about our border skirmishes? Yemen and Eritrea fought over their border, they worked it out (in fact Yemen won more or less), why is that a problem for you??? Unless you are interested in instigating more problems so that you can divide and further your interests as usual:) It works with poor countries like Djibouti, maybe Yemen simply has more dignity and won't take your bait:)

  • Yeah thats why they ask for our weapons to help them (Yemen). Add the Afgan and Iraq war together and you dont come any where near one million. Think of what would have happened if Saddam was still in power. Would he have another go at Kuwait may be another few million? What about the Taliban fighting the rebels to the north, killing people with heroine (90% of world orders) and may be shelttering some terrorists while they are at it. Who cares who won? Yemen still lost live due 2 ur agression

  • @Lordangers The Yemenese need your help to fight off their own Shia rebels and the terrorist stuff in their country that also involves Saudi Arabia. It has nothing to do with us...They are not a threat to us and we are not a threat to them.

  • Coarse just dont attack them and Im sure theyll see it like that

  • "All of Africa is free from Colonialism (a few islands but they have no complaints after seeing what has happened to countries like Eritrea)." So it's better to be a colony than independent? Pathetic. The islands which remain colonies in Africa have a majority European population (French) with the exception of Mayotte whose French-instigated issues with the rest of Comores brought this situation.

  • Nope colonialms is bad and I think it a load of crap we are still asking for debts to be pay by some poor states. As for thse islands a lot of them wouldnt survive if they didnt have an inland source or they wood all have to form some sort of union. Yes it seems a lot of people from the home countries are there but thats called buisness not our countries forcing us to go to these places Also if you look at islands such as pictain its inhabitants are made up of Britsh explorers in tht case mutiny

  • Those "independent" African countries remain in severe economic servitude to former colonialists with the exception of naughty disobedient (and sanctioned) states like Eritrea:)

  • Zeragito,

I love the way you kicking this Irish protestant snob, who feels every one should succumb to English occupation & serve the witch Queen.

    HELL NO!!!!

    Keep it going brother,

Show the world, Eritreans are here to stay & will NOT succumb to anyone, except their own free will.

    HADE HIZBI, HADE LIBI.

    God/Allah bless Eritrea & Eritreans.

  • Where did I say we should all succumb to the Queen? Infact Ive said the complete opposite. Yet I can understand. Your free wills getting a little ahead of you. Your self-awareness is evapourating and your ability to argue without using racist remarks and trying to deprive me of my political and religeous freedom has already shone through. Well Bahre time to stop being the hypocrite and switch off that moniter so you can go outside for once.

  • Poor Irish-Clown,

I see you barking against Eritrea & Eritreans all over the Internet.

Too bad, YOU CAN STOP ERITREANS, with your barks.

  • Again you just cant help yourself with racial based remarks can you? You cant answer the questions that come to you because unfourtunatly the truth hurts sometimes. You seem to have a small vocabulary because all you can seem to say is "Eritrea is no1" which is cool just not when you cant face one bad thing about Eritrea. Which is cool because it just devalues your comments.

  • Yep your right but if you look at them before there were a few thoudand states before colonialsm. They were fighting off each other constantly and doing things like human sacrifices which we had learnt hundreds of years before in most other parts of the world that it was wrong. Not to mention Muslim and Christain countries would never have got their religeon to places like Sub Saharan Africa for a few hundred years later.

  • Colonialism was a civilizing missionary effort? LOL! The colonies of the world were a bunch of human sacrificing, barbaric, warring mini-states that were better off colonised? WOW! This is something they would've said in the 19th century and still been critisized:) You say this right after quoting Bono on debt-relief:) Do you have any critical mental capabilities of your own or do you just regurgitate other people who seem smart?

  • It doesn't make for consistency. Try to analyze what Bono versus your veteran Granddad said...You can't agree with both the Jews and the Nazis you know:)

  • @Lordangers why did Iran need teaching a lesson by USA and UK in the 80s? Was it not enough that you overthrew their DEMOCRATIC government because they tried to stop you stealing their oil...then put

in place a despotic King who oppressed Ithe people to let you have your oil?Iran obviously went revolution on your ass...(sadly misguided by some religious freaks) but YOU PROVOKED IT. Your answer: support Saddam, millions dead, u fill up your SUVs with their oil in the name of freedom/democracy.

  • Oh yes we overthrew their "democratic goverment". Yeah the first time the Americans launched a coup to tople a democrat gov in 1953 (op Ajax). Wasnt proudest moment but in 1978 (before revo) the country was in a good shape economy wise. Good fuel exports and the reovloution wasnt pretty either. It wasnt provoked by us. We just saw an oppurtunity in cold war times. Todays different where ur in a busy shipping lane lining up wars which destablise other countries.

  • @Lordangers The Shah of Iran's regime is kind of like Saudi Arabia today, a beacon of democracy. Their economy may be good, but that only benefits the corrupt elites there (who you've put in power to do your bidding).
