The funny thing about the 'cave trolls' is that they are basically Japan's take on the Chupacabra. They might have even had that name in one of the Castlevania titles.

You do miss one heart thing. In the mao your missing that piece of a room in the bottom theres a spot where u go trhough the wall and theres 2 chests there. one of them is a heart up.
