@randyortan9 Not sure how to say it really it seems there is a Spiderman reboot for 2012 starring Andrew Garfield interesting choice this should be good I would like to see some of these stories broken down into another mini series like they did in the eighties, if you have not seen this series its definitely worth tracking down.
Spider-Man 4 is being rebooted because director Sam Raimi stepped away from the movie because of other projects and stuff. Go to wikipedia for more information about Spider-Man 4 being rebooted. And it does suck because there's going to changes in the movie like Tobey will not be Spider-man no more
Your right HHHdahan that why all the original character's have pulled out I'm surprised Stan Lee gave the comprehensive theme the nod. That's what cartoons are for kids to escape the wall of school, right?

robbwindow your absolutely right i can see the sinister six incorporated in Spidey 5,its the fans who buy tickets and are looking for a great story,many fans were and still are dissappointed with the brief appearance of venom.If the right actor does a great job acting like heath ledger did as the joker for the Dark Knight that movie will be awesome and maybe get a oscar like heath received for his role
