Seems that the pieces of the fuselages are evidences. Like detectives search finger prints on a crime scene, where are the "finger prints" on the pieces of the fuselage? I mean the finger prints of the explosion. Explosion is not only a chemical reaction but a lot of dust, soot, dirt etc. Why are those pieces shiny clean?
@Scumbot404 Good observation. Photos of plane debris appeared on the internet only years later when the "vaporized" explanation didn't go over very well. If you look at the original news footage you can't see any debris or skid marks on the lawn. Over time more & more people started to question the official explanation for that reason. Then pictures show up, appearing to have been there all along. the story changes & the old explanation isn't spoken of publicly again.

The overall collapse time has been measured by various investigators. A total collapse time in the case of the collapse of the WTC bldgs. is simply an measure of how long it took the structure to fail.

Random temperatures, above the annealing temperature of steel can cause a serious problem for the structure: it's why the steel was protected in the first place. If fire was incapable of weakening steel, it would not have been protected against fire.

The office contents were the main source of fuel for the fires. NISTs own testing confirmed that the fires burned on average, at 1,600 degrees F. The plane impacts, removed many columns, damaging many more and then removed the protective coating, as well.

@Scumbot404 The structure wasn't designed to carry loads with reduced supports. If one or two of the corners fails, the other corners would not be able to maintain the structure. Tilting doesn't change the kinetic energy, because the other components failed as a result of the progress of the collapse. Gravity is still acting on that mass.

@lizard110 The lower portion of the building has beams that were thicker than the beams above, but it's not to an exponential degree, where the collapse would be totally arrested. The whole building was built of literally thousands and thousands of individual components and sub-assemblies, which all came together to form the building. The failures of these components, occurred at their weakest point: the bolted connections. You have got to be one of the most ignorant people posting on this.

saw a broadcast interview with 2 pilots in the business with years of flying behind its reporting having tried (with simulator) several times to do the same maneuver, but not be able to do it. @jawsflounderace That's because the plane didn't start to smoke until immediately before it impacted. It hit FIVE light poles on its last few hundred or so feet prior to impact, and only smoked very briefly before it hit the building. Most of the witnesses saw it prior to the impact, and it started to smoke after it hit the 3rd light pole. It started smoking from the engine less than a second before it hit. Just because you don't understand doesn't mean it isn't true.

Rumsfeld was referring to an outdated system that was unable to track all of the expenditures through the Pentagon. This dated back for years. It's not that the money was stolen or missing, they simply couldn't account for where it was all spent. They released an update on this several months later and they were able to track where the majority of the money went.
This shows me absolutely nothing. Where did this footage come from? Why is it never clear? Why does there seem to be frames missing or something in the way. With all of the cameras everywhere, one would think that a clear and conclusive shot be released, thus putting all of these conspiracy theories to rest. Again, where did this footage come from? Some of the cheif engineers I worked with were doing updates for the F-35B program. And a plane never hit the pentagon, a 124 ft wingspan doesn't fit inside of a 13 ft hole!

Seems that the pieces of the fuselages are evidences. Like detectives search finger prints on a crime scene, where are the "finger prints" on the pieces of the fuselage? I mean the finger prints of the explosion. Explosion is not only a chemical reaction but a lot of dust, soot, dirt etc. Why are those pieces shiny clean?

@Scumbot404 Good observation. Photos of plane debris appeared on the internet only years later when the "vaporized" explanation didn't go over very well. If you look at the original news footage you can't see any debris or skid marks on the lawn. Over time more & more people started to question the official explanation for that reason. Then pictures show up, appearing to have been there all along. the story changes & the old explanation isn't spoken of publicly again.

This can't be because gravity causes objects to increase their speed by 32ft/sec every second. That means that the speed of collapse would have to be even faster through the greater mass of the lower floors

Random temperatures, above the annealing temperature of steel can cause a serious problem for the structure: it's why the steel was protected in the first place. If fire was incapable of weakening steel, it would not have been protected against fire.

The office contents were the main source of fuel for the fires. NISTs own testing confirmed that the fires burned on average, at 1,600 degrees F. The plane impacts, removed many columns, damaging many more and then removed the protective coating, as well.

@Scumbot404 The structure wasn't designed to carry loads with reduced supports. If one or two of the corners fails, the other corners would not be able to maintain the structure. Tilting doesn't change the kinetic energy, because the other components failed as a result of the progress of the collapse. Gravity is still acting on that mass.

The whole building was built of literally thousands and thousands of individual components and sub-assemblies, which all came together to form the building. It hit FIVE light poles on its last few hundred or so feet prior to impact, and only smoked very briefly before it hit the building. Most of the witnesses saw it prior to the impact, and it started to smoke after it hit the 3rd light pole. It started smoking from the engine less than a second before it hit. Just because you don't understand doesn't mean it isn't true.

It's not that the money was stolen or missing, they simply couldn't account for where it was all spent. If we are to believe that a 757 hit the Pentagon, then that belief cancels out our ability to believe another 757 went down in Shanksville. Identical planes, identical weights ( +/ - ), identical speeds ( also +/- ); One slams through almost ten feet of steel and Kevlar reinforced blast resistant concrete as well as pillars, contents, etc and still penetrates even further. Some of the cheif engineers I worked with were doing updates for the F-35B program. @johnnyf19 That's cool, if the fuselage would have entered in 96 ft than the wings would have had to hit the building. But there is only a 13 ft opening in the wall and the remaining length of the plane (82 ft) would have been sticking out of the pentagon.

@john200715 That 13 foot opening in the wall was on the second floor of the Pentagon. The 96 foot hole of damage was on the first floor of the Pentagon.
