  • Grandma needed to go

and with 12 gauge in hand

she shot both barrels at once

blew that outhouse to the ground

  • We loved it! Joe & Lanell

  • Brings back memories of my childhood in the Blueridge Mtns. Just make sure the corn cobs aint dusted with rat poison .That aint no fun.

  • @OLDSKOOL60813 Rat poison? Yikes!! I've personally used a snowball and I knew a kid who tried poison ivy. Cobs soaked in water are like Charmin compared to the dry ones.

  • i love it..................

  • LOL !

  • How Funny!

  • LOL, this was great...I never KNEW there were so many songs about outhouses on here! My aunt dedicated an outhouse song to me on Oldfarts Channel (my husband is a part of that Channel) would love to add you as a friend and sub on that Channel. Thanks...Karen :)

  • @kvalle1 Thanks! You've got it. If you search around and find our

    highdesertband

website and go to the new album music player and listen to "Stompin' On Satan", you'll find another outhouse referance. Enjoy! Randy

  • nice song reminds me of my grand mother lol umm just one thing what is a badger? i was rasied in east tn in coutry but never realy heard of one

  • @olfox88 My Daddy came to Idaho from Kentuckey in the 40's. His first badger wanted to chew his leg off. They are like a great big tough weasel, all teeth and agressive attitude. Always best left alone. They live in holes like groundhogs in sagebrush country.

  • @highdesertband thank you for your reply maby thats why i never heard of them there in west tn where its flat lol

  • Reminds me, in an off-handed way, of a clip of one of Johnny Carson's guests a long time ago; said he and his wife were traveling in the Ozarks and at a gas station, his wife asked about the ladies room. She was pointed around the back to an outhouse. Inside, while the husband was paying for the gas, the attendent asked him if his wife was a good sport. "Sure", he replied. The attendent picked up a microphone and said into "Hurry up ma'am, I'm down here painting and you're blocking my light."

  • @wadeharris65 Yow! Iguess the'd know pretty quick just how good of a sport she was! Thanks for the joke.

    Randy

  • Thanks, Buster. I've been laughing ever since I thought up the title of this song, long before I got it wrote. It's so much fun to have something to share and know others are tickled by it too! Find our website or look for "The Organ Recital" video on our channel page. You'll laugh some more, I promise.

    Randy

  • LOVE it! Puts me in a mind when me and Gram had that groundhog in the outhouse many summers ago. She died in Feb at 94. But she chased that critter with a old Montgomery Ward catlog and was flopping him on the head the whole way. The outhouse fell down a few years ago but many good funny memories of shoes and a flashlite.

  • trash

  • The old saying goes "one man's trash is another man's treasure". I hope you found something better to watch.

    Randy

  • Magnificent, written and preformed in the true greatness of Bluegrass! I LOVED it and I can't wait to share it with others. People would have to pay for entertainment of this caliber.
