sock seem harder to knit than they actualy are! it's all just yarn... it can't be smarter than us ;)

the malah shawls were invented as part of a yoga "homework/project"

they are 108 stitch round and have a row of 108 beads with a 109th to join together with a tassel like the malah beads used in the practice of mantra meditation ect
