I mean, It's one of those bikes where a little mistake at slow speeds could cost you a couple grand. I've almost dropped mine a couple times and I am no beginner. You need extra balancing skills on this one. Plus, if you use it for lite off roading, you have to be able to handle your bike standing up, on varying terrain, and at low speeds.

This slow of a speed isn't going to sharpen anyone skills, it's for beginner learning purposes only to develop basic skills, not sharpen any.
Seasoned riders should do more faster speed drills because that's where most of our time is spent. Rarely does any biker do 180 turns or 360 turns, it's ridiculous. We should zigzag pylons and perform higher speed swerves and higher speed braking and maneuvering.
Sorry dude, I disagree. You better be able to handle your bike at parking lot speed. You should be able to do a tight u-turn from a dead stop. Any time you practice you are sharpening your skills, no matter what speed you're riding at. Rarely turn 180 deg?
And?

With a top heavy bike like the vstrom, slow maneuvers are almost as important as fast cornering. If you don't ride one, then you don't have a clue.
Sweet riding. You looked like almost scraped peg.

Its actually not that hard you just have to learn that the bike will stay upright and not panic...
