Of course it's legal - if they have a license ot do research they can even BLOW TORCH animals alive and fully awake. The sky is the limit. I seen videos of pigs getting burned alive screaming in agony with blow torches. USDA says okay fine.

you should, particularly that if they do it them, they will no problem doing it to you, and humans. thats why prison systems are so bad, "social justice" systems etc...they just dont care, and what we do to others, we do to ourselves, thats fact...also, these are pharmaseutical labs..who have ties w/ ppl in govt, and usda, who all have ties in the food industry.you think they care about the welfare of human beings and what they eat? think about where, and who, next time you eat, its absurd

USDA doesn't care about these animals, this has been going on for decade after decade. If you complain about this, they just try to pacify you, hoping you will go away. We need to demand our government to chage it's cruel ways.
