I'm about to enter into my junior year in highschool and I'm already brainstorming! lol. I plan to knock my GPA out of the park but considering I'm notorious for doing poorly on standardized tests I'm really going to need to put alot of time and thought into my personal statement. Getting into Berkeley would a dream-come true for me.

A dream come true? How long have you been considering transfeering to a UC? lol You can't just choose a school based on the name. There are many other factors such as what you want to do with your degree rather than the school you go to. Also, someone who is planning on working in a more theoretical field should go to a CSU, since UC's are based more on research. ...but at the end of the day, every school is good and only you can make the most out of whatever school you go to!
