I wanted to buy that Glasair, but the FSDO would not promise I could register it here! From what I read through google, the previous owner died while test flying a friends piston CompAir with e-mags wired to the wrong size breaker. On takeoff, the breaker popped and the CompAir crashed.

thanks dude, however i have been away from my video editior working on some new aircraft projects... (90% metal spitfire and a garrett lancair 4p) when those get flying i might be able to do some more stuff and get it posted... but untill then its back into the jets to get em done

jtflyer, actually we have both the scoppe AND the standard lancair version in that vid. the white one with stripes is the scoppe version.. and with that said, a new garrett 331-6 version (f.f. from advanced avation) awaiting final inspection here in calgary!

Sorry... I looked again and I think it's a standard Lancair Propjet with the cowl inlets and the oil cooler inlet modified. Sorry for butting in.

Really good video. I see a Skoppe/Diemech variation of a Lancair Propjet in there too. I don't think there are more than 2 flying so far. 2 more should be flying this summer. Can't wait... one's mine. thanks...
