The truth is India lost a huge political ground & reputaion worldwide by supporting our own tamils but it doesn't really matters as long as those losses benefit evn one community of our country. Tamils r ours, all the tamils in sri lanka should come back to india (in my opinion).

The Sinhalese from Orissa who moved along with their king Vijaya to Eelam..... Even the Sinhalese know that... Their govt even released a stamp called " Arrival of Vijaya" in the 1950s.... Indian Tamils are different... May be u are talking about the slaves (Plantation Tamils) who were taken by the Britishers to work in the Tea plantations.

I have a huge number of Tamil friends from salem, trichy, arupukottai, chennai etc. & none of them have sounded like u. They r all proud indians.
