It means (to me, correct me if I'm wrong) Every female is born as pure, saint and beautiful as a queen. But when a girl loses her virginity she loses her innocence and every moral that makes her royalty. And she loses everything, respect, morals, everything, when she likes sex and can completely admit to it..

It has to do with the fact that a girl is seen as respectable & pure before she has sex but once she does she looses that in the eyes of other because women don't have the sexual freedoms that men have.
